Claims (3)
- 양성 유전 이방성을 갖고, 전극이 장착된 2개의 기판과 정합층간의 비틀림 각도가 필수적으로 약 90°이며, 상기 기판간의 간격 d와 광학이방성 △n의 곱 d·△n이 0.15 내지 0.70μm인 네마틱 액정을 함유하는 TN 쎌에 있어서, 상기 액정이 회색조능을 개선시키기 위해 도핑 성분을 함유하여 상기 쎌이 기판간의 간격 d와 액정 피치 p의 교란되지 않은 지수에 대해 0.1≤d/p≤0.5의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 TN 쎌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도핑 성분이, 낮은 임계 전압 온도 의존성을 갖도록 선택된 TN 쎌.
- TV 셋트 또는 비디오 장치의 디스플레이로서, 또는 다중매체 재생을 위한 교통 안내 시스템, 광학 컴퓨터, 광학 장치, 또는 광학 성분을 함유하는 전자 장치의 컴퓨터 스크린으로서의 제1항에 따른 TN 쎌의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
