Abstract

본 발명은 가교제로 유용한 신규의 2,2′-비스아세토아세테이트와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 가교제를 함유한 신규의 에나멜 조성물과 이들신규의 가교제로 가교된 열경화성 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 제품과 코팅을 제공한다.

Claims (22)

  1. 구조식(I)의 화합물.
    식중, R은 C4-C10삼차알킬; R′은 C1-C6알킬 또는 아릴; 그리고 A는또는(R2는 페닐); 또는 A는 C1-C10하이드로카빌기임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 t-부틸인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, A가(R2는 페닐)인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, A가인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R이 t-부틸인 화합물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, R1이 메틸 또는 페닐인 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, A가 -CH2-인 화합물.
  8. 구조식
    의 화합물과 수성 포름알데히드로 구성된 혼합물을 염기성 이온교환 수지와 접촉시키는 것을 구성되는 하기구조식의 화합물 제조방법.
    식중, A는 -CH2-, R은 C4-C10삼차알킬, 그리고, R1은 C1-C6알킬 또는 아릴임.
  9. (a)(b)및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 95내지 55wt%의 1개이상의 경화성 중합체; (b)(a)및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 5내지 45wt%의 구조식(1)의 화합물.
    식중, R은 C1-C6삼차알킬; R′은 C1-C6알킬 또는 아릴; 그리고 A는또는(R2는 페닐); 또는 A는 C1-C10하이드로카빌기임. (c)(a)및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 0내지 50wt%의 용제로 구성되는 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  10. 제10항에 있어서, A가인 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, A가(R2는 페닐)인 화합물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, A는 C1-C10알킬렌기, R1은 메틸 또는 페닐, 그리고 R은 t-부틸인 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  13. (a)(a)및 (b)의 총중량에 기중하여 약 85내지 60wt%의 1개이상의 경화성 중합체; (b)(a) 및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 15내지 40wt%의 구조식(1)의 화합물.
    식중, R은 C1-C6알킬; R′은 C1-C6알킬 또는 아릴; 그리고 A는또는(R2는 페닐); 또는 A는 C1-C10하이드로카빌기임. (c)(a)및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 0내지 35wt%의 용제로 구성되는 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  14. 제14항에 있어서, A가인 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, A가(R2는 페닐)인 화합물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, A는 C1-C10알킬렌기, R1은 메틸 또는 페닐, 그리고 R은 t-부틸인 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  17. 제10항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 1개이상의 균전제, 유동 및 흐름조절제; 염소제; 안료습윤 및 분산제와 계면활성제; 자외선 흡수제; 자외선 안정제; 착색안료; 소포 및 탈포제; 침강방지, 흐름방지 및 증점제; 피장 방지제; 플로딩 및 플로팅 방지제; 살균제 및 살곰팡이제; 부식억제제; 농후제; 또는 용합조제로 추가로 구성된 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  18. 제10항 또는 제14항의 조성물을 제품에 도포한후 경화시켜 얻은 코팅된 성형 또는 조형품.
  19. (a)(a) 및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 95내지 55wt%의 1개이상의 경화성 중합체; (b)(a) 및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 5내지 45wt%의 구조식(1)의 화합물.
    식중, R은 C1-C6알킬; R′은 C1-C6알킬 또는 아릴; 그리고 A는또는(R2는 페닐); 또는 A는 C1-C10하이드로카빌기임. (c)(a) 및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 0내지 50wt%의 용제; 그리고 (d)(a) 및 (b)의 총중량에 기준하여 약 1내지 70wt%의 1개 이상의 안료로 구성되는 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  20. 제20항에 있어서, A는 C1-C10알킬렌기, R1은 메틸 또는 페닐, 그리고 R은 t-부틸인 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 균전제, 유동 및 흐름조절제; 염소제; 안료습윤 및 분산제와 계면활성제; 자외선 흡수제; 자외선 안정제; 착색안료; 소포 및 탈포제; 침강방지, 흐름방지 및 중점제; 피장방지제; 플로딩 및 플로팅 방지제; 살균제 및 살곰팡이제; 부식억제제; 농후제; 또는 융합조제로 추가로 구성된 경화성 에나멜 조성물.
  22. 제20항의 조성물을 제품에 도포한 후 경화시켜 얻은 코팅된 성형 또는 조형품.
