Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물에 관한 것이다.
상기 식중, n및 n'는 각각 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 각각 0,1 또는 2이고, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R1은 메틸, 에틸 또는 시클로프로필이며, R2및 R3은 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 각각 수소 또는 메틸이고, Ra는 수소 또는 메틸이고, Rb는 시아노이거나, 또는 Ra및 Rb는 결합하여 m이 0,1 또는 2인 CH2S(O)m기를 형성한다. 또한 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조 방법, 본 화합물을 함유하는 살충제 제제, 해충 억제제로서 용도로 기술되어 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 일반식(I)의 화합물:
    상기 식중, n및 n'는 각각 0,1 또는 2이고, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R1은 메틸, 에틸 또는 시클로프로필이고, R2및 R3은 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 각각 수소 또는 메틸이고, Ra는 수소 또는 메틸이고, Rb는 시아노이거나, 또는 Ra및 Rb는 결합하여 m이 0,1 또는 2인 CH2S(O)m기를 형성한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ra및 Rb가 결합하여 CH2S(O)m기를 형성하며, R1은 에틸인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R2및 R3가 수소인 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 또는 제4항에 있어서, m,n 및 n'가 0인 화합물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ra가 수소 또는 메틸이고, Rb가 시아노인 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R1,R2및 R3가 모두 메틸인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 1-(3,3-디메틸부틸)-4-n-프로필-2,6,7-트리티아비시클로[2.2.2]옥탄 , 1-(3,3-디메틸부틸)-4-n-프로필-2,6,7-트리티아비시클로[2.2.2]옥탄-2-옥사이드, 5-t-부틴-2-시아노-2-(3,3-디메틸부틸)-1,3-디티안, 1-(3,3-디메틸부틸)-4-에틸-2,6,7-트리티아비시클로[2.2.2]옥탄으로부터 선택된 화합물.
  9. (i)하기 일반식(IV)화합물의 음이온을 알킬화제가 반응시키거나, 또는 (ii) Ra및 Rb가 결합하여 CH2S(O)m기를 형성하는 경우, 하기 일반식(V)의 화합물을 a)루이스 산의 존재하에 tBuCH2CH2X화합물 또는 b)적절한 산 존재하에 tBuCH2CH2CN화합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식 중, n 및 n'는 각각 0,1 또는 2이고, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R1은 메틸, 에틸 또는 시클로프로필이고 R2및 R3은 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 각각 수소 또는 메틸이고, Ra는 수소 또는 메틸이고, Rb는 시아노이거나 또는 Ra및 Rb는 결합하여 m이 0,1 또는 2인 CH2S(O)m기를 형성하며, X는 활성화 카르복실산기이다.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 1종상의 담체 또는 희석제와 함께 함유하는 살충제 제제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 부가적으로 공효약 또는 효과 강화제를 함유하는 살충제 제제.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 부가적으로 1종 이상의 살충 활성 성분, 유인제, 방충제, 살균제, 실진균제 및(또는) 구충제를 함유하는 살충제 제제.
  13. 유효량의 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 절지동물, 기생충 또는 연체동물, 또는 그들의 환경에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절지동물, 기생충 또는 연체동물 해충의 억제방법.
  14. 유효량의 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 식물에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 해충 만연 억제 방법.
  15. 유효량의 제1항 내지 제8항 중에 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 저장 제품에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 제품의 해충 만연 억제 방법.
  16. 유효량의 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 동물에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 제품의 해충 만연 억제 방법.
  17. 동물의 해충 만연 억제에 사용되는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 동물이 사람인 용도.
