Claims (19)
- LOI(한계 산소 지수)값이 40을 초과하고, 목탄 생성률이 65%를 초과하며, 열 전도도가 1BTU(Britishthermal unit)(ft/hr)(ft2)(℉)[1.72w/㎡(K)미만인, 중합체성 전구체 물질로 부터 유도된 비흑연질 탄소질 물질을 포함하는, 가연성 중합체성 물질의 내화성을 개선하기 위해 사용하는 물질의 비섬유질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질의 비저항이 10-1Ω-㎝를 초과하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질의 비저항이 102내지 108Ω-㎝인 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질의 방출도 계수가 0.75 내지 1인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질이 방향족 폴리아미드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리벤즈이미드, 폴리비닐 크로라이드 및 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 중에서 선택된 안정화된 중합체성 전구체 물질로부터 유도된 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질이 아크릴로니트릴의 단독 중합체, 공중합체 및 삼원 공중합체 중에서 선택된 산화 안정화된 중합체성 전구체 물질로부터 유도된 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질의 질소 함량이 5 내지 35%인 조성물.
- 중합체성 물질 및 상승작용을 일으키는 양의 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항의 비섬유질 비흑연질 탄소질 물질을 포함하며, 이때 탄소질 물질은 탄소질 물질과 밀접하게 접촉되어 있는 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질이 0.5 내지 90중량%로 포함된 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질이 제폼의 0.5중량%를 초과하는 양으로, 제품의 표면중 적어도 한 표면상에 존재하는 제품.
- 제8항, 제9항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질을 입자, 필름, 시트 및 발포제 중에서 선택하는 제품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질이 밀도 1.38g/cc미만의 발포체인 제품.
- 제8항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체성 물질이 (Si-O-Si-O)n반복단위를 갖는 오가노실리콘 중합체를 포함하며, 이때 중합체는 0.5 내지 90중량%의 양으로 존재하는 제품.
- LOI값이 40을 초과하고, 목탄 생성률이 65%를 초과하며, 열 전도도가 1BTU(ft/hr)(ft2)(of)[1.72w/㎡(K)미만인 비흑연질 탄소질 발포체를 포함하며, 이때발포체는 내부에 흔입된 비흑연질 탄소질 섬유구조물의 0.5 내지 70중량%로 함유되는 비가연성 섬유 강화된 발포체 구조물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 탄소질 섬유 구조물을 선형 또는 비선형 모노필라멘트 섬유; 멀티필라멘트 섬유 토우; 양모 유사잔털(fluff)을 형성하는 다수의 섬유; 부직 배팅, 부직 매팅, 부직 웨빙, 부직 펠팅; 직포; 및 편포 중에서 선택하는 발포체 구조물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 탄소질 섬유가 비선형이고, 탄성 형상 개량성 및 신장성이 있고; 사인곡선형 및/또는 코일-유사 배열을 가지며; 가역성 편향비가 1.2:1을 초과하는 발포체 구조물.
- 제14항, 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 탄소질 발포체 및 섬유 구조물이 방향족 플리아미드, 폴리아크릴 로니트릴, 플리벤즈이미드, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 및 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 중에서 선택된 안정화된 중합체성 전구체 물질로부터 유도되는 발포체 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 탄소질 발포체 및 섬유 구조물이 아크릴로니트릴 단독중합체, 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 및 아크릴로니트릴 삼원공중합체 중에서 선택된 아크릴계 전구체 물질로부터 유도된 발포체 구조물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 탄소질 발포체 및 섬유 구조물이 질소 함량 5내지 35%의 안정화된 플리아크릴로니트릴 중합체로부터 유도된 발포체 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
