Claims (14)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비양성자성 극성 용매가 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디에ㅌ리포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세토아미드, N,N-디에틸아세토아미드, N-메틸피롤리돈, N-에틸피롤리돈, N,N-디메틸이미다졸리디논, N,N'-디메틸프로필렌우레아, 디메틸술폭시드, 술포란 및 헥사메틸포스포르아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 용매인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비양성자성 극성 용매가 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세토아미드, N,N-디에틸아세토아미드, N,N-디메틸이미다졸리디논, N,N'-디메틸프로필렌우레아로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 용매인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알릴클로라이드류가 메탈릴클로라이드인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 브롬화물이 브롬화나트륨 및/또는 브롬화칼륨인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 브롬화물의 사용량이 알릴클로라이드류에 대하여 1.0~3배몰인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응온도가 20~100℃인 제조법.
- 식(Ⅰ)(식중, R, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기를 표시한다.)로서 표시되는 알릴클로라이드류를 비양성자성 극성 용매중에서 금속 브롬화물에 의하여 할로겐 교환 반응시켜서 식(Ⅱ), 즉(식중, R, R1및 R2는 식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같다.)로서 표시되는 알릴브로마이드류를 생성시키고, 이어서, 반응 혼합물을 고액 분리조작으로 부생한 금속염화물을 분리하여, 얻어진 모액으로부터 증류조작으로 식(Ⅱ)의 알릴브로마이드류를 분리시킨 다음 얻어지는 모액, 혹은 할로겐 교환 반응 후, 반응 혼합물을 직접 증류해서, 식(Ⅱ)의 알릴브로마이드류를 분리시킨 다음 고액 분리 조작으로 금속 염화물을 분리해서 얻는 모액으로서의 용매를, 정제함이 없이, 반응에 순환사용함을 특징으로 하는 식(Ⅱ)의 알릴브로마이드류의 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 비 양성자성 극성용매가 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디에틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세토아미드, N,N-디에틸아세토아미드, N-메틸피롤리돈, N-에틸피롤리돈,N,N-디메틸이미다졸리디논, N,N'-디메틸프로필렌우레아, 디메틸술폭시드, 술포란 및 헥사메틸포스포르아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 용매인 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 비 양성자성 극성 용매가 N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸아세토아미드, N,N-디에틸아세토아미드, N,N'-디메틸이미다졸리디논, N,N'-디메틸프로필렌우레아로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 용매인 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 알릴클로라이드류가 메탈릴클로라이드인 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 금속 브롬화물이 브롬화나트륨 및/또는 브롬화칼륨인 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 금속 브롬화물의 사용량이 알릴클로라이드류에 대하여 1.0~3배몰인 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 반응온도가 20~100℃인 제조법.
