Description
Claims (19)
- 응집체를 만들기 위해 바인딩 약품과 함께 미세한 광물분말을 혼합하고, 그 응집체를 건조시키고 또 소결하는 것으로 구성되고 중량으로 45퍼센트 이상의 티타늄을 함유하는 고운 티탄광물의 입자 크기를 증대시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바인더가 유리를 형성할 수 있거나 또는 응집체가 소결될때 세라믹 소결 성질을 나타낼 수 있도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)콜로이드 실리카, (2)실리카, 수용성 규산염 또는 실리카/형석 혼합물, (3)점토 광물(벤토 나이트, 고령석과 몬모릴로나이트를 포함), (4)베마이트, (5)베마이트/실리카 혼합물, (6)침철석, (7)리그노 술폰산염, (8)탄산 나트륨(포화된 물 용액), (9)규산 나트륨, (10)그룹 Ⅱ요소 탄산염/점토 광물 혼합물, (11)당밀과 같은 설탕, (12)알미늄염/유기 아미드 혼합물, (13)티타늄 함유 유기 및 무기용액, (14)폴리비닐 아세테이트, (15)물 에멀션화 유기 바인더로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 화합물의 어느 하나로 부터 바인딩 약품이 선택되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 바인딩 약품이 벤토 나이트인 방법.
- 제1항에서 4항 까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집체가 충격 전단작용에 의하여 미세한 광물과 바인딩 약품과 물을 혼합하여 형성된 마이크로 응집체인 방법.
- 제1항에서 5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바인딩 약품이 미세한 광물의 전체 중량으로 0.5내지 5퍼센트 중량으로 되어 있고 또 바인딩 약품이 건조 중량으로 되는 방법.
- 제1항에서 6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물이 미세한 광물과 바인딩 약품과 물의 전체 중량의 5내지 15퍼센트로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에서 7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집체가 섭씨 75도 내지 150도 사이의 범위에서의 온도로 30분 이하 동안 건조되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 8항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집체가 섭씨 1000도에서 1500도 까지의 범위 내에서의 온도로 소결되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 9항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집체가 5분 내지 6시간 범위에서 섭씨 1200도에서 1400도 범위의 온도로 소결되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 10항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티탄 광물이 미세하고 또 굵은 광물의 혼합물로 구성되도록 하는 방법.
- 제11항에서 있어서, 광물이 미세한 광물이 되도록 그라인딩 되도록 하는 방법.
- 제12항에서 있어서, 광물이 1내지 50 미크론의 범위에서의 평균 크기를 갖는 입자로 그라인딩 되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 13항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소결된 응집체가 100내지 500미크론 범위의 평균 입자크기를 갖도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 14항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응집체가 150내지 250미크론 범위의 평균 입자크기를 갖도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 15항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물이 쇄설성 광물로 되는 방법.
- 제1항에서 16항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물이 중량으로 85퍼센트 이상의 이산화 티타늄을 포함하도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 16항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물이 금홍석이나 예추석 또는 백티탄석이 되도록 하는 방법.
