Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- (1) 적어도 하나의 공기-산화성기와 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 수지와; (2) 적어도 하나의 에폭시-반응성 성분과 Y기(Y는 가수분해성기를 나타냄)에 직접 결합된 적어도 하나의 실리콘 원자를 그 분자내에 갖고 있는 화합물;로 구성된 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 비닐부가수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 아미드 함유수지, 우레탄수지, 폴리에폭사이드수지, 아미노플라스트수지, 페노플라스트수지 및 폴리부타디엔 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 비닐부가 수지인 경화성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비닐부가 수지가 (a) 에폭시기 함유 공중합성 단량체 및 (b) 에폭시기를 통해 에스테르화하는 공기-건조 지방산으로부터 유래된 성분들을 함유하는 공기-건조 지방산-개질 비닐 중합수지인 경화성 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 중합수지가 (a)와는 상이한 또 다른 공중합성 단량체(c)로부터 유래된 성분을 함유하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 아민인 경화성 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 아미노-관능성 실리콘-함유 화합물과 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물의 반응 생성물로 구성되어 있는 경화성 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 (a) 아미노-관능성 실리콘-함유 화합물, (b) 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물, 및 (c) 구조식 R-Si(OR6)3에 상응하는 화합물을 함유하는 유기실리콘 함유물질;의 반응생성물로 구성되어 있는 경화성 조성물. 상기 구조식에서 R은 독립적으로 OR6, 수소, Si-C결합을 통해 Si에 결합된 C1-C10기 또는 OR7기를 나타내며 여기서 R7은 적어도 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, 아릴옥시알킬, 또는 알킬옥시알킬을 나타내며, R6은 독립적으로 C1-C3알킬기를 나타낸다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 아미노-관능성 실리콘 함유 화합물과 아민 반응 아크릴릴-함유 화합물의 반응 생성물로 구성된 경화성 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 (1) (a) 아미노-관능성 실리콘-함유 화합물과 (b) 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물과의; 반응 생성물과 (2) 구조식 R-Si(OR6)3에 상응하는 화합물의 부분가수분해산물로 구성된 유기 실리콘-함유물질로 구성된 경화성 조성물. 여기서, R은 독립적으로 OR6, 수소, Si-C결합을 통해 Si에 결합된 C1-C10기, 또는 OR7기이며, R7은 적어도 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, 아릴옥시알킬, 또는 알킬옥시알킬을 나타내며, R6은 독립적으로 C1-C3알킬기를 나타낸다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 아민인 경화성 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 아미노-관능성 실리콘-함유 화합물과 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물의 반응 생성물로 구성된 경화성 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 (a) 아미노-관능성 실리콘-함유 화합물, (b) 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물 및 (c) 구조식 R-Si(OR6)3에 상응하는 화합물로 구성된 유기실리콘-함유물질의 반응 생성물로 구성되어 있는 경화성 조성물. 상기 구조식에서 R은 독립적으로 OR6, 수소, Si-C결합을 통해 Si에 결합된 C1-C10기 또는 OR7기를 나타내며 여기서 R7은 적어도 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, 아릴옥시알킬, 또는 알킬옥시알킬을 나타내며, R6은 독립적으로 C1-C3알킬기를 나타낸다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 아미노-관능성 실리콘-함유 화합물과 아미노 반응성 아크릴릴-함유 화합물의 반응 생성물로 구성되어 있는 경화성 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 (1) (a) 아미노-관능성 실리콘 함유 화합물과 (b) 적어도 하나의 에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물;과의 반응 생성물과, (2) 구조식 R-Si(OR6)3에 상응하는 화합물의 부분가수분해산물로 구성된 유기실리콘-함유물질로 구성된 경화성 조성물. 여기서, R은 독립적으로 OR6, 수소, Si-C결합을 통해 Si에 결합된 C1-C10기, 또는 OR7기를 나타내며, 여기서 R7은 적어도 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, 아릴옥시알킬, 또는 알킬옥시알킬을 나타내며, R6은 독립적으로 C1-C3알킬기를 나타낸다.
