Claims (8)
- 레이들(1)내에 수용된 용강(3)위의 슬래그(4)에 전극(5)의 하단부를 침지하는 공정과; 전극은 그 하단에 형성된 가스 토출구(8)와, 그 상부에 형성된 가스 공급구과, 가스 토출구(8) 및 가스공급구를 연통하는 가스 통로(7)등을 구비하고, 이 전극(5)에 통전하여 전극(5)과 용강(3)과의 사이에 아크를 형성하는 공정과 : 가스 공급 수단에서 불활성 가스를 전극의 가스 공급구에 공급하고, 가스 통로(7)를 통하여, 가스토출구(8)에서 불활성 가스를 토출시키는 공정등을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 토출구(8)에서의 불활성가스의 토출 유량은, 전극 1개당 18Nm3/시 이상임을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(5)은 탄소로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 토출구(8)에서 불활성 가스의 토출 유량은, 정련이 진행하여 슬래그(4) 두께가 두꺼워짐과 동시에 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 토출구(8)에서 불활성 가스의 토출 유량은, 정련 개시시에 전극 1개당 21Nm3/시이고, 정련 종료시에 전극 1개당 6Nm3/시이며, 정련의 진행과 동시에 이 토출 유량을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스안에, 크롬 광석과 탄소재와의 혼합 분체를 첨가하고, 불활성 가스를 캐리어 가스로써, 이 혼합분체를 가스 토출구(8)에서 토출시킴을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 탄소재의 탄소몰비는, 크롬 광석의 몰비의 3에 이상임을 특징으로 하는 아크 프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스안에, 분상의 조재제를 첨가하고, 불활성 가스를 캐리어 가스로써 이 조재제를 가스 토출구(8)에서 토출시킴을 특징으로 하는 아크프로세스에 의한 용강의 가열방법.
