Claims (3)
- R1, R3및 R4가 하기와 같고 R5가 카복실 그룹을 제외하고 하기와 같은 일반식(7)의 나프티리디논을트리알킬옥소늄염 또는 알킬할라이드 및 중성 용액내의 알카리 또는 알카리토 금속의 하이드라이드, 카보네이트, 옥사이드 또는 알콕사이드 같은 할로겐화 수소 수용체중 하나로 O-알킬화하여 일반식(1)의 화합물을 얻고, 원한다면 벤질옥시카보닐 그룹을 수소처리로 분리하여 3위치에 카복실 그룹을 가지는 화합물로, 얻은 일반식(1)의 화합물을 전환시키고 및/또는 공지방법에 의하여 약리학적으로 염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(1)의 1, 6-나프티리딘 유도체 및 그것의 약리학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.식 중, R1은 비치환 페닐, 또는 할로겐, 메틸, 메톡시, 니트로, 시아노, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 디풀루오로메톡시로 하나 또는 둘이 치환된 페닐, 또는 비치환 티에닐 ; R2는 C1-4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 또는 벤질 ; R3는 수소원자, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 래디칼 또는 C4까지의 알킬을 포함하는 알콕시카보닐 래디칼 ; R4는 C4까지의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 래디칼 ; R5는 일반식(3)의 카복실-또는 알콕시카보닐 그룹 ;R7은 수소원자 또는 C4까지의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 래디칼, 벤질 래디칼 ; 또는 R7은 일반식(4) 및 (5)의 알콕시알킬 또는 알킬티오알킬 ;R8은 C1-3의 저급 알킬 래디칼 ; n은 2 또는 3 ; 또는 R7은 일반식(6)의 아미노알킬 그룹R9및 R10은 동일 또는 상이하고, 수소, C1-4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 저급 알킬 래디칼 또는 벤질 래디칼 ; n은 2 또는 3
- 제1항에 있어서, (±)-1, 4-디하이드로-5-이소프로폭시-2-메틸-4-(2-트리플루오로메틸페닐)-1, 6-니프티리딘-3-카복실레이트와 그것의 광학 에난티오머 및 약리학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-(N-벤질-N-메틸아미노) 에틸(±)-1, 4-디하이드로-5-이소프로폭시-2-메틸-4-(2-트리플루오로메틸페닐)-1,6-니프티리딘-3-카복실레이트 디하이드로클로라이드와 그것의 광학 에난티오머 및 약리학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.
