Claims (16)
- 제1항에 있어서, 15% 이상의 화학식 I의 말단기를 포함하는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 25% ∼ 90%의 화학식 I의 말단기를 포함하는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 화학식 II의 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰:
상기 화학식에서, 기호 t, q, Q, T, Y, Ar 및 Ar1의 정의는 다음과 같다:
t, q: 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1 또는 2 또는 3이고,
Q, T, Y: 서로 독립적으로 각각의 경우에 화학 결합이거나 -O-, -S-, -SO2-, S=O, C=O, -N=N- 및 -CRaRb-로부터 선택된 기이며,
여기서 Ra 및 Rb는 서로 독립적으로 각각의 경우에 수소 원자이거나 C1-C12-알킬, C1-C12-알콕시 또는 C6-C18-아릴 기이고, Q, T 및 Y 중 1 이상이 -SO2-이며,
Ar 및 Ar1: 서로 독립적으로 6 ∼ 18 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴렌 기이다. - 성형 조성물의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰 또는 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 제조 방법으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰 또는 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 제조 방법으로부터 얻어지는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰을 포함하는 성형 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
(A) 화학식 I의 말단기를 포함하는 1 이상의 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰 5 ∼ 95 중량%,
(B) 1 이상의 폴리아미드 5 ∼ 95 중량%, 및
임의로 1 이상의 추가 성분
을 포함하고, 모든 성분의 총 중량 비율은 열가소성 성형 조성물을 기준으로 100%인 성형 조성물. - 제10항에 있어서,
(A) 1 이상의 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰 30 ∼ 75 중량%, 및
(B) 1 이상의 폴리아미드 25 ∼ 70 중량%
를 포함하는 성형 조성물. - 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(B) 폴리아미드 PA 9T, PA 9T-co-8.1T, PA 6T6I, PA 6T66, PA 66T, 또는 이들의 혼합물
을 포함하는 성형 조성물. - 제8항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(C) 화학식 I의 말단기를 갖지 않는 1 이상의 폴리아릴렌 에테르 술폰 10 ∼ 70
을 추가로 포함하는 성형 조성물. - 제8항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(D) 1 이상의 섬유상 또는 입자상 충전제 10 ∼ 62.5
를 추가로 포함하는 성형 조성물. - 섬유, 필름, 폼 또는 성형품의 제조를 위한, 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성형 조성물의 용도.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성형 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 섬유, 필름 또는 성형품.
