Claims (19)
- 다음을 포함하는 중질 기유 생산 방법:
a. 제1의 탄화수소 공급물의 방향족 추출을 수행하여 방향족 추출물, 및 추가의 용매 탈왁스화(dewaxing)를 위한 왁스성 라피네이트를 생산하는 단계;
b. 방향족 추출물을 제2의 탄화수소 공급물과 혼합하여 황이 2,000 wt ppm 초과인 혼합된 공급물을 제조하는 단계;
c. 혼합된 공급물을 70 ℃에서 동점도가 22.6 내지 100 mm2/s인 API 그룹 II 중질 기유를 생산하도록 구성된 수소화처리 유닛(unit)에 공급하는 단계. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 방향족 추출물이 30 내지 80 vol%의 방향족 물질을 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수소화처리 유닛(hydroprocessing unit)이 수소처리(hydrotreating), 촉매적 탈왁스화(catalystic dewaxing), 및 하이드로피니싱(hydrofinishing)을 수행하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 왁스성 라피네이트가 탈왁스화되고 하이드로피니쉬되어 API 그룹 I 중질 기유를 생산하는 용매인, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 혼합된 공급물이 초기 비등점이 340 ℃ 미만인, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 혼합된 공급물이 5 내지 20 wt%의 방향족 추출물을 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 API 그룹 II 중질 기유가 100 내지 120의 VI를 갖는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 API 그룹 II 중질 기유가 1.5 wt ppm 미만의 질소 및 260 ℉ (126.7 ℃) 미만의 아닐린 점을 갖는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 API 그룹 II 중질 기유를 증류시켜 브라이트 스톡(bright stock)을 생산하는, 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 브라이트 스톡이 ISO-VG 320 또는 ISO-VG 460의 ISO-VG를 갖는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수소화처리 유닛 내 작동 온도가 750 ℉ (399 ℃) 미만인, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 왁스성 라피네이트가 탈왁스화되고 하이드로피니쉬되어 API 그룹 I 중질 기유을 제조하는 용매인, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수소화처리 유닛 내에 위치하는 조합된 수소처리 및 하이드로크래킹 유닛의 유출물로부터 스트리퍼 바텀을 분리시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 조합된 수소처리 및 하이드로크래킹 유닛은 수소화처리 조건 하에서 및 하나 이상의 하이드로크래킹 촉매를 사용하여 작동됨으로써 1 내지 15 lv%의 방향족 탄화수소, 70 내지 90 lv%의 나프텐성 탄소, 및 1 내지 25 lv%의 파라핀성 탄화수소를 포함하고, 70 ℃에서 동점도가 22.6 mm2/s초과인 스트리퍼 바텀을 생산하는, 방법.
- 청구항 4의 방법에 따른 API 그룹 II 중질 기유 및 API 그룹 I 중질 기유를 제조하는데 사용된 경우의, 통합된 정유 공정 유닛.
- 다음을 포함하는, 중질 기유를 제조하기 위한, 통합된 정유 공정 유닛:
a. 다음에 유동적으로 연결된 방향족 추출 유닛:
i. API 그룹 I 중질 기유를 생산하도록 구성된 용매 탈왁스화 유닛; 및
ii. 70 ℃에서 동점도가 22.6 내지 100 mm2/s인 API 그룹 II 중질 기유를 생산하도록 구성된 수소화처리 유닛;
b. 상기 방향족 추출 유닛으로부터의 방향족 추출물을 제2 라인 또는 용기 중 제2의 탄화수소 공급물에 공급하여 황이 2,000 wt ppm 초과인 혼합된 공급물을 제조하는, 상기 방향족 추출 유닛으로부터의 제1 라인; 및
c. 상기 제2 라인 또는 상기 용기로부터, 상기 혼합된 공급물을 상기 수소화처리 유닛에 공급하는 수소화처리 유닛까지의 연결부. - 청구항 15에 있어서, 상기 수소화처리 유닛이 수소처리 유닛, 촉매적 탈왁스화 유닛, 및 하이드로피니싱 유닛을 포함하는, 통합된 정유 공정 유닛.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 상기 조합된 수소처리 및 하이드로크래킹 유닛이 상기 수소화처리 유닛 내에 위치하며, 상기 조합된 수소처리 및 하이드로크래킹 유닛이 수소화처리 조건 하에서 작동하도록 구성되며 하나 이상의 하이드로크래킹 촉매를 함유함으로써 상기 조합된 수소처리 및 하이드로크래킹 유닛이 70 ℃에서 동점도가 22.6 내지 100 mm2/s인 스트리퍼 바텀을 생산하는, 통합된 정유 공정 유닛.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 조합된 수소처리 및 하이드로크래킹 유닛이 1 내지 15 lv%의 방향족 탄화수소, 70 내지 90 lv%의 나프텐성 탄소, 및 1 내지 25 lv%의 파라핀성 탄화수소를 포함하는 스트리퍼 바텀을 생산하도록 구성되는, 통합된 정유 공정 유닛.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 상기 수소화처리 유닛에 연결된, 브라이트 스톡(bright stock)을 생산하도록 구성된 증류 유닛을 추가로 포함하는, 통합된 정유 공정 유닛
