Claims (10)
- 엘이디(LED)를 실장한 기판이 저면측에 삽입 고정되는 안착공간부가 마련되며, 상부에 다수의 방열핀이 마련된 조명부;
상기 조명부의 상부 중앙에서 상향으로 돌출되며, 상기 기판에 전원을 공급할 수 있는 전원연결구가 마련된 전원연결부; 및
상기 전원연결부의 상부에 결합되며, 상기 기판에 전원을 공급하는 정전원공급장치(SMPS)인 전원부를 포함하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조명부와 상기 전원연결부는 일체로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전원연결부와 상기 전원부 사이에 결합되어,
상기 전원부의 정전원을 상기 전원연결부로 공급할 수 있으며,
상기 조명부의 회전각도와 틸트각도를 조정함이 가능한 각도조정부를 더 포함하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 각도조정부는,
상기 전원연결부에 결합되는 제1결합부;
상기 전원부에 결합되는 제2결합부;
상기 제2결합부에 삽입되어 회전에 의해 상기 조명부의 회전 각도를 조정할 수 있는 회전조정부;
상기 회전조정부와 상기 제1결합부의 사이에 위치하여 틸팅각도를 조정하는 틸팅조정부를 포함하되,
상기 제1결합부, 상기 제2결합부, 상기 회전조정부 및 상기 틸팅조정부 모두에 상기 전원부의 전선이 지날 수 있는 관통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전원연결구에 의해 상기 기판이 노출되지 않고, 상기 전원연결구에 비하여 직경이 더 작은 관통구를 통해 상기 기판이 상향으로 노출되어 전원의 공급이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전원부의 상부에는 천장이나 조명용 아암에 결합될 수 있도록 체결고리부를 더 포함하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 관통구와 상기 전원연결구에 밀착 삽입되어, 상기 전원부의 전원을 상기 기판에 공급하는 전원접속부를 더 포함하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전원접속부는 상기 관통구와 상기 전원연결구에 밀착 삽입되는 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 상하로 관통하여 형성된 다수의 전원연결단자부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전원접속부는 상기 관통구와 상기 전원연결구에 밀착 삽입되는 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 상면과 하면에 일부가 위치하며, 상기 몸체의 측면에 상하로 위치하는 다수의 전원연결단자부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전원부의 하부에는 상기 전원연결부의 일부가 삽입된 상태에서, 볼트의 체결에 의해 상기 전원부와 전원연결부를 결합할 수 있는 삽입체결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원부 직결형 엘이디 조명장치.
