Abstract
Description
도 2는 CLD18A2-myc (서열번호 3)로 형질감염시킨 HEK293 세포들과 모노클로날 마우스-항-c-myc 항체 9E11 (Serotec, CRL MCA2200)로 형질감염되지 않은 HEK293 세포들의 웨스펀 블럿 분석을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 CLD18A2로 형질감염된 CHO 세포들 및 폴리클로날 래비트-항-CLD18 항체 (Zymed, CRL 38-8000)를 이용한 면역형광 분석을 나타낸 것이다.

- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 보체 의존성 세포 독성 (complement dependent cytotoxicity, CDC) 매개된 용해, 항체 의존성 세포독성 (antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity, ADCC) 매개된 용해, 아폽토시스(apoptosis), 동형 결합(homotypic adhesion) 및/또는 식세포작용의 유도에 의해 세포 살해를 매개하는 것인 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, CDC 매개된 용해 및/또는 ADCC 매개된 용해의 유도에 의해 상기 세포 살해를 매개하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 세포의 CDC 매개된 용해를 유도하지 않는 것인 항체.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 ADCC 매개된 용해는 모노사이트(monocyte), 단핵 세포, NK 세포 및 PMN으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 효과기 세포(effector cell)의 존재에서 일어나는 것인 항체.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 식세포작용은 대식세포에 의한 것인 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 모노클로날, 키메라 또는 인간화된 항체, 또는 항체의 단편인 것인 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, IgG1, IgG2, 좋게는, IgG2a 및 IgG2b, IgG3, IgG4, IgM, IgA1, IgA2, 분비성 IgA, IgD, 및 IgE 항체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 항체.

- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 CLD18은 상기 세포의 표면에 발현된 것인 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 서열번호 2, 4, 6, 16, 18, 20-23 및 26-31으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질 또는 펩티드, 또는 그 면역원성 단편, 또는 상기 단백질 또는 펩티드, 또는 그 면역원성 단편을 발현하는 숙주 세포 또는 핵산으로 동물을 면역화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 수득가능한 것인 항체.
