Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1(NSCLC MV522 종양 모델)에서 평균 중량 변화율(%)을 도시한다. 도세탁셀에 플리나불린(NPI-2358)을 추가시 각 약물 사용 순서와는 무관하게(2시간 분리) 도세탁셀 관련 동물 체중 감소를 저하시켰다.
도 3은 실시예 1(NSCLC MV522 종양 모델)에서 평균 종양 용적을 도시한다. 플리나불린(NPI-2358)을 추가시 도세탁셀의 항종양 효과가 향상되었다. 이러한 상승 효과는 도세탁셀을 먼저 투여하고 이후 2시간에 NPI-2358을 투여한 그룹에서 더 현저하였다.
도 4a, 도 4b 및 도 4c는 실시예 2(NSCLC MV522 종양 모델)에서 평균 종양 용적을 도시한다. 도세탁셀에 추가된 플리나불린(NPI-2358)의 항종양 활성의 개선 효과는 도세탁셀을 먼저 투여하고, 이후 플리나불린을 1시간 후, 4시간 후 또는 24시간 후 투여한 그룹에서 유사하였다.
도 5는 상이한 등급의 중증도를 갖는 호중구 감소증과 같은 부작용이 NSCLC 환자에서 도세탁셀에 플리나불린을 추가한 치료에 의해 감소되었음을 도시한다. 도세탁셀에 추가된 20mg/m2 또는 30mg/m2의 용량의 플리나불린 모두는 도세탁셀의 호중구 감소증 비율을 감소시켰다(D: 도세탁셀; DN: 플리나불린 및 도세탁셀).
도 6은 NSCLC 환자들(IIIb/IV기, 적어도 1개의 이전 화학요법)에서 총 생존율의 카플란-메이에르 선(Kaplan-Meier Curve)을 도시한다. 아암 DN :30mg/m2 플리나불린 및 75 mg/m2 도세탁셀, 아암 D: 75 mg/m2 도세탁셀. OS 이점은 종양 크기가 증가함에 따라 아암 DN 대 아암 D에서 증가한다.
Claims (10)
- 활성 성분인 탁산 화합물(a) 및 활성 성분인 플리나불린(b)을 포함하는 약제학적 조합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탁산 화합물이 파클리탁셀, 도세탁셀 및 아브락산을 포함하는, 조합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조합물이 도세탁셀 및 플리나불린으로 이루어진 조합물.
- 암을 치료 및/또는 예방하는 약제의 제조에 있어서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 약제학적 조합물의 용도.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 암은 폐암, 결장암, 간암, 유방암, 전립선암, 및 다발성 골수종으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 용도.
- 암을 치료 및/또는 예방하는 데 있어서 활성 성분인 탁산 화합물(a), 및 활성 성분인 플리나불린(b)을 포함하며, 여기서 특히 상기 암은 종양 크기가 > 3 cm, > 5 cm, 또는 > 7cm 인 암인, 조성물, 키트 또는 혼합물의 용도.
- (i) 활성 성분으로서 탁산 화합물(a) 및 임의의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 제1 약제를 함유하는 제1 용기;
(ii) 활성 성분으로서 플리나불린(b) 및 임의의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 제2 약제를 함유하는 제2 용기; 및
(iii) 암을 치료 및/또는 예방하는 데 있어 활성 성분 (a)와 활성 성분 (b)를 조합하여 투여하는 것을 기재한 설명서를 포함하는, 키트. - 활성 성분인 탁산 화합물(a);
활성 성분인 플리나불린(b); 및
약제학적으로 허용되는 담체(c)를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물. - 탁산의 부작용을 감소시키는 데 사용하기 위한 약제의 제조에 있어서 플리나불린의 용도.
- 활성 성분인 탁산(a) 및 활성 성분인 플리나불린(b)을, 치료가 필요한 포유류에게 투여하는 것을 포함하는 암의 치료 및/또는 예방 방법.
