- 시스템(8)에 있어서,
기구(instrument)(10)로서,
적어도 하나의 응고 전극(coagulation electrode)(19),
적어도 하나의 커팅 전극(cutting electrode)(31), 및
적어도 하나의 카운터 전극(counter electrode)(39)을 갖는, 상기 기구(10)와,
발전기(9) 및 변압기(T)로 이루어진 에너지 공급 유닛으로서, 상기 변압기(T)는,
상기 커팅 전극(31)과 연결된 제 1 출구(outlet)(A1), 및
상기 응고 전극(19)과 연결된 제 2 출구(A2)를 갖는, 상기 에너지 공급 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 커팅 전극(31), 상기 응고 전극(19) 및 상기 카운터 전극(39)은 툴(tool)(12)의 브랜치(branch)(15, 16) 내에 배치되고, 상기 브랜치(15, 16) 중 하나는 다른 하나의 브랜치를 향해, 그리고 다른 하나의 브랜치로부터 멀어지는 쪽으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 제 1 출구(A1)와 상기 커팅 전극(31) 사이에, 및/또는 상기 제 2 출구(A2)와 상기 응고 전극(19) 사이에 적어도 하나의 전류 제한 요소(67)가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커팅 전극(31) 및 상기 카운터 전극(39)은 상기 기구(10)의 2개의 상이한 브랜치(15, 16)에 위치되고, 상기 2개의 상이한 브랜치(15, 16) 중 적어도 하나의 브랜치(15)는 다른 하나의 브랜치를 향해, 그리고 다른 하나의 브랜치로부터 멀어지는 쪽으로 이동할 수 있으며, 상기 2개의 상이한 브랜치(15, 16)는 조직 리셉터클(tissue receptacle)(53, 54)만큼 상기 커팅 전극(31)으로부터 분리되어 있는 스퀴즈 갭(squeeze gap)(45, 46)을 규정하는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 조직 리셉터클(53, 54)은 상기 스퀴즈 캡(45, 46) 위로 브랜치(15, 16) 중 하나 내로뿐만 아니라 상기 스퀴즈 갭(45, 46) 아래로 브랜치(15, 16) 중 다른 하나 내로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 커팅 전극(31)은 전기 전도성 정면(front face)(32)을 갖고, 상기 응고 전극(19)을 향하는 측방향 표면 상에서 가장 큰 정도로 전기적으로 격리되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 커팅 전극(31)의 반대편에는 절연된 카운터 베어링 요소(counter bearing element)(42)가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 카운터 베어링 요소(42)는 변위가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 카운터 베어링 요소(42)는 탄성적으로 장착되거나 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 응고 전극(19, 20)은 서로 거리를 두고 있는 일련의 개별 전극(25, 26)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카운터 전극(39, 40)은 서로 거리를 두고 있는 일련의 개별 전극(55, 56)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 응고 전극(19)의 개별 전극(19, 20)과 상기 카운터 전극(39, 40)의 개별 전극(55, 56)은 서로 중첩되지 않도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 변압기(T)는, 상기 제 1 출구(A1)가 상기 제 2 출구(A2)보다 높은 전압을 전달하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전류 제한 요소(67)의 임피던스는 상기 변압기(T)의 제 1 출구(A1)에서의 상기 변압기(T)의 내부 저항보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전류 제한 요소(67)의 임피던스는 상기 변압기(T)의 제 2 출구(A2)에서의 상기 변압기(T)의 내부 저항보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 변압기(T)는 응고 전압(Ua)을 공급받는 권선(W1)을 갖고, 바람직하게는, 출구(A1, A2)에서의 출력 전압은, 커팅이 응고와 동시에 시작되고 응고 처리의 종료 전에 완료되도록 크기 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는
시스템. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카운터 베어링 요소(42)는 탄성중합체에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
