도 2는 실시예에 있어서의, 합금 중으로의 금속 철과 금속 코발트의 분배율을 나타낸 그래프이다.
S20 : 건식 공정
ST21 : 용융 공정
ST22 : 슬래그 분리
ST23 : 합금 분리
ST24 : 배출 가스 처리
ST25 : 탈인 공정
ST26 : 합금 쇼트화 공정
S30 : 습식 공정
ST31 : 용해 공정
ST32 : 원소 분리 공정
Claims (3)
- 알루미늄과 철을 포함하는 리튬 이온 폐전지로부터 건식법으로 유가 금속을 회수하는 방법으로서,
상기 리튬 이온 폐전지를 용융하고 산소를 함유하는 기체를 도입하여 용융물을 얻는 용융 공정과,
상기 용융물로부터 슬래그를 분리하는 슬래그 분리 공정과,
상기 용융물로부터 유가 금속의 합금을 분리하는 합금 분리 공정을 가지며,
상기 용융 공정에 있어서 플럭스로서 이산화규소 및 산화칼슘을 첨가하고,
상기 슬래그 중의 산화알루미늄의 함량이 20 질량% 이상 75 질량% 이하이며, 또한, 금속 철 환산의 철 함량이 5 질량% 이상 40 질량% 이하이고,
상기 용융 공정을 1500℃ 이상 1650℃ 이하에서 행하는 유가 금속 회수 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그에 있어서의 이산화규소/산화칼슘의 질량비가 0.5 이상 2 이하의 범위인 유가 금속을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용융 공정을 전기로에서 행하는 유가 금속을 회수하는 방법.
