Claims (11)
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물은
페녹소다이올-4′-O-α-글루코사이드 또는 페녹소다이올-7-O-α-글루코사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염. - 제1항 또는 제2항의 화합물을 포함하는, 전립선암 또는 난소암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 화합물 및 담체를 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
- 서열번호 3의 염기 서열의 전부를 포함하는 당전이 효소 유전자.
- 제5항에 있어서,
당전이 효소는 마이크로모노스포라 로도랑지아(Micromonospora rhodorangea) 균주 유래의 당전이 효소 MrGT1인 것을 특징으로 하는 당전이 효소 유전자. - 서열번호 4의 아미노산 서열의 전부를 포함하는 당전이 효소.
- 제7항에 있어서,
당전이 효소는 마이크로모노스포라 로도랑지아 균주 유래의 당전이 효소 MrGT1인 것을 특징으로 하는 당전이 효소. - 1) 재조합 당전이 효소를 대장균에서 얻는 단계; 및
2) 상기 1) 단계에서 얻어진 재조합 당전이 효소와 페녹소다이올을 반응시켜 효소반응 산물인 페녹소다이올 글루코사이드를 얻는 단계
