Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- - A) 실온에서 고체인 매트릭스를 형성하는, 매트릭스-형성 성분,
B) 계면활성제 성분, 및
C) 성분 A) 내에 유화된, 초임계 또는 근임계 CO2를 포함하는 발포제 성분
을 포함하는 유화액 형태의 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및
- 압력을 감소시킴으로써, 발포제 성분 C)의 CO2를 아임계 상태로 만드는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 발포제 성분 C)는, 150 bar 이상의 압력에서 초임계 CO2에 가용성이고 40 bar 이하의 압력에서 아임계 CO2에 불용성이고 성분 A)에 불용성인 소수성 공-성분 D)를 추가로 포함하고, 공-성분 D)는 발포제 성분의 3 중량% 이상 내지 35 중량% 이하의 비율로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
발포 물질의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 폴리이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 화합물 및 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 화합물이 폴리올이고, 폴리올은 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올, 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 및/또는 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리올을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되고, 여기서 폴리올의 OH가는 100 ㎎ KOH/g 이상 내지 800 ㎎ KOH/g 이하이고, 폴리올의 평균 OH-관능가는 2 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 아크릴아미드, 에폭시드 및/또는 페놀, 멜라민 및/또는 우레아-포름알데히드를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 폴리스티렌, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 및/또는 스티렌, 부타디엔, 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체 및/또는 이러한 중합체들의 블렌드를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제 성분 B)가 알콕실화 알칸올, 알콕실화 알킬 페놀, 알콕실화 지방산, 지방산 에스테르, 폴리알킬렌아민, 알킬 술페이트, 알킬 폴리에테르, 알킬 폴리글루코시드, 포스파티딜 이노시톨, 플루오린화 계면활성제, 폴리실록산 기를 포함하는 계면활성제 및/또는 비스(2-에틸-1-헥실)술포숙시네이트를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공-성분 D)가 7개 이상 내지 20개 이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알칸, 알켄, 방향족, 에스테르, 에테르, 케톤, 및/또는 3개 이상 내지 20개 이하의 Si 원자를 갖는 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형 폴리실록산을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화액 형태의 조성물을 50 bar 이상 내지 200 bar 이하의 압력 및 20℃ 이상 내지 80℃ 이하의 온도에서 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제 성분 C)의 CO2를 아임계 상태로 만드는 단계를 폐쇄된 주형에서 수행하고, 여기서 폐쇄된 주형은 혼합 장치의 혼합 헤드의 일부가 아니며 이는 혼합물의 도입 후 그의 내부 부피 및/또는 그 내부의 우세 압력이 외부 작용에 의해 변경될 수 있도록 배열된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화액 형태의 조성물에서, 성분들이
A) 250 ㎎ KOH/g 이상의 평균 히드록실가를 갖는 폴리올과 MDI 및/또는 pMDI의 반응성 수지 혼합물 60 중량% 이상 내지 95 중량% 이하,
B) 폴리실록산 기를 포함하는 계면활성제 4 중량% 이상 내지 30 중량% 이하,
C) CO2 5 중량% 이상 내지 30 중량% 이하, 및
D) 도데칸 0.3 중량% 이상 내지 10 중량% 이하
의 비율을 가지며, 여기서 중량 비율들의 총합은 100 중량% 이하인 방법. - A) 실온에서 고체인 매트릭스를 형성하는, 매트릭스-형성 성분,
B) 계면활성제 성분, 및
C) 성분 A) 내에 유화된, 초임계 또는 근임계 CO2를 포함하는 발포제 성분
을 포함하며,
상기 발포제 성분 C)는, 150 bar 이상의 압력에서 초임계 CO2에 가용성이고 40 bar 이하의 압력에서 아임계 CO2에 불용성이고 성분 A)에 불용성인 소수성 공-성분 D)를 추가로 포함하고, 공-성분 D)는 발포제 성분의 3 중량% 이상 내지 35 중량% 이하의 비율로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
발포 물질의 제조에 적합한, 유화액 형태의 조성물. - 고체 매트릭스 및 매트릭스 내에 분포된 기체 버블을 포함하고, 매트릭스와 기체 버블 사이의 계면에서 기체 버블의 내부를 향하는 쪽에, 150 bar 이상의 압력에서 초임계 CO2에 가용성이고 40 bar 이하의 압력에서 아임계 CO2에 불용성이고 성분 A)에 불용성인 소수성 공-성분 D)가 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 발포 물질.
- 제12항에 있어서, 107 개 기공/㎤ 이상 내지 1018 개 기공/㎤ 이하의 기공 밀도를 갖는 발포 물질.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고체 매트릭스가 폴리우레탄 중합체를 포함하는 것인 발포 물질.
- 제14항에 있어서,
A) 250 ㎎ KOH/g 이상의 평균 히드록실가를 갖는 폴리올과 MDI 및/또는 pMDI의 반응성 수지 혼합물 60 중량% 이상 내지 95 중량% 이하,
B) 폴리실록산 기를 포함하는 계면활성제 4 중량% 이상 내지 30 중량% 이하,
C) CO2 5 중량% 이상 내지 30 중량% 이하, 및
D) 도데칸 0.3 중량% 이상 내지 10 중량% 이하
의 비율로 성분들을 갖는 유화액 형태의 조성물로부터 수득가능하며, 여기서 중량 비율들의 총합은 100 중량% 이하인 발포 물질.
