주행하는 웹(W)에 회전하면서 압박하는 예열 주름 제거롤(38)을 구비하고, 상기 예열 주름 제거롤(38)의 회전속도가 웹(W)의 주행속도보다 빠르고, 또한 예열 주름 제거롤(38)의 온도가 웹(W)의 온도 이상이다.

Claims (10)
- 주행하는 웹에 대해 회전하면서 압박하는 주름 제거롤을 구비하고,
상기 주름 제거롤의 회전방향이 상기 웹을 압박하는 부분에서 상기 웹의 주행방향과 동일한 방향이며,
상기 주름 제거롤의 회전속도가 상기 웹의 주행속도보다 빠르고,
상기 주름 제거롤의 온도가 상기 웹의 온도 이상인 주름 제거 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 주름 제거롤의 표면에 요철을 형성함으로써 상기 표면을 거칠게 하고 있는 주름 제거 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 요철의 깊이가 1 내지 10㎛인 주름 제거 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주름 제거롤의 상기 회전속도가 상기 웹의 상기 주행속도보다 1 내지 10% 빠른 주름 제거 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주름 제거롤의 상기 온도가 100℃ 이상 300℃미만인 주름 제거 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 웹이 합성수지제의 필름인 주름 제거 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주름 제거롤이 상기 웹을 세로 방향으로 연신시키는 세로연신장치의 뒤에 배치되어 있는 주름 제거 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 주름 제거롤의 뒤에 상기 웹을 추가로 가열하는 가열롤이 배치되어 있는 주름 제거 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 세로연신장치가 상기 웹을 가열하는 주름 제거 장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 주름 제거롤의 뒤에 상기 웹을 보온하는 보온롤이 배치되어 있는 주름 제거 장치.
