Claims (6)
- 물, 평균분자량이 300~5000인 불소 함유 폴리에테르 과산화물의 카르복시산염 및 탄소수가 5~20인 플루오르 알케인(fluor alkaline)을 95~105:8~10:2~3의 중량비로 포함하고; 상기 불소 함유 폴리에테르 과산화물의 카르복시산염이 하기 식 (I)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 에멀션.
(식(I)중에서 Gf는 -CF2CF(CF3)- 또는 -CF(CF3)CF2-이고, A는 -CF3, -COOM 또는 -CF2COOM이며, B는 -COOM 또는 -CF2COOM이고, M는 -H, -NH4 또는 알칼리 금속 원소이며, m, n, p, q, r는 하기 조건을 만족한다; (1) m, n, p, q, r는 1이상의 정수이고, (2) n+q=2, (3) n+q=m+p+r, (4) m=n+p+q+r.) - 제1항에 있어서,
물, 불소 함유 폴리에테르 과산화물의 카르복시산염 및 탄소수가 5~20인 플루오르 알케인의 중량비가 100:8~10:2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 에멀션. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 불소 함유 폴리에테르 과산화물의 카르복시산염을 제조하기 위해 사용한 불소 함유 폴리에테르 과산화물의 카르복시산의 산가는 20~120 mg KOH/g이고 과산화물가는 0.5wt%~10.0wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 에멀션. - 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
마이크로 에멀션의 산소 함량은 30ppm미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 에멀션. - 물, 불소 함유 폴리에테르 과산화물의 카르복시산염 및 탄소수가 5~20인 플루오르 알케인을 중량비로 혼합하여 반응기에 첨가한 후, 1000~1500rpm의 교반속도로 30~100min 교반한 후 반응기를 진공으로 만들고 질소로 3~4번 치환하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1 내지 청구항4의 어느 한 항의 마이크로 에멀션의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항의 마이크로 에멀션이 여러가지 불소 함유 올레핀 단량체의 단독 중합, 이원 공중합과 다원 공중합에서의 응용.
