Claims (14)
- 내부 튜브, 직물 보강재, 및 외부 피복을 포함하며, 상기 직물 보강재는 복수의 나일론 얀(yarn) 및 복수의 폴리에스테르 얀으로 이루어지고,
상기 직물 보강재는 상기 나일론 얀의 제1 편조층과, 상기 폴리에스테르 얀의 제2 편조층을 포함하는 것인 신축 호스. - 내부 튜브, 직물 보강재, 및 외부 피복을 포함하며, 상기 직물 보강재는 복수의 나일론 얀(yarn) 및 복수의 폴리에스테르 얀으로 이루어지고, 상기 직물 보강재는 편조되거나, 나선형으로 감기거나, 래핑(wrapping)된 얀들로 이루어진 평형형 보강층을 포함하며, 상기 나일론 얀과 폴리에스테르 얀은 평형형 보강층 내에 교대로 배치되는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 편조층은 제1 편조층에 비해 외층인 것인 신축 호스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 편조층들은 그 사이에 고무층을 구비하며, 상기 직물 보강재는 접착 처리제에 의해 함침되는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 6.9 ㎫ 내지 20.7 ㎫ 범위의 내부 압력에서 13% 내지 35% 범위의 체적 신축율을 갖는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 62 ㎫의 파열 압력을 갖는 것인 신축 호스.
- 내부 튜브, 직물 보강재, 및 외부 피복을 포함하며, 상기 직물 보강재는 복수의 얀을 포함하며, 이들 얀은 제1 섬유 재료종의 복수의 필라멘트와 제2 섬유 재료종의 복수의 필라멘트를 포함하고, 상기 제1 섬유 재료종의 파단 연신율은 적어도 17%이고 상기 제2 섬유 재료종의 파단 연신율보다 4% 내지 6% 연신율만큼 더 크며,
상기 직물 보강재는 제2 섬유 재료종의 얀들의 제2 보강층 안쪽에 위치하는 제1 섬유 재료종의 얀들의 제1 보강층을 포함하는 것인 신축 호스. - 제7항에 있어서, 두 보강층들 사이에 마찰층을 더 포함하는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각각의 보강층은 편조층으로 이루어지거나, 나선형으로 감긴 층 또는 래핑층들의 평형을 이루는 쌍으로 이루어지는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 직물 보강층은 접착 처리제에 의해 함침되는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섬유 재료종은 나일론이고 상기 제2 섬유 재료종은 폴리에스테르인 것인 신축 호스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 직물 보강재는 편조되거나, 나선형으로 감기거나, 래핑된 얀들의 평형형 보강층을 포함하며, 이들 얀은 상기 제1 및 제2 섬유 재료종의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 직물 보강재는 편조되거나, 나선형으로 감기거나, 래핑된 얀들의 평형형 보강층을 포함하며, 2종의 섬유 재료종들은 2종의 각각의 얀으로서 존재하고, 이들 2종의 얀은 상기 평형형 보강층 내에서 번갈아 가면서 배치되는 것인 신축 호스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 6.9 ㎫ 내지 20.7 ㎫ 범위의 내부 압력에서 13% 내지 35% 범위의 체적 신축율을 갖는 것인 신축 호스.
