Abstract
【解決手段】拡張ホース10は、内側チューブ11、摩擦層13によって分離された編組層12、14を備える補強材、及び補強層14上に位置される外側被覆15を備える。補強材は2つの異なる種類の合成ポリマーフィラメントの繊維を備える。第1の繊維種類が少なくとも約4%の伸びで第2の繊維種類より高い伸びを有する。内側繊維層12は、相対的に高い伸び材料の繊維を備え、外側繊維層14は、相対的に高いモジュラスで低い伸び材料の繊維を備える。

Claims (11)
- 内側チューブ、繊維補強材及び外側被覆を備え、
前記補強材が、複数のナイロンヤーンのみからなる第1の編組層と、複数のポリエステルヤーンのみからなる第2の編組層とを備える
ことを特徴とする拡張ホース。 - 前記第2の編組層が、前記第1の編組層に対して相対的に外側の層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記編組層がそれらの間にゴム層を有し、かつ前記繊維補強材が実質的に接着処理によって含浸されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の拡張ホース。
- 6.9MPa〜20.7MPaの範囲の内部圧力で、約13%〜約35%の範囲の容積拡張を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 少なくとも62MPaの破裂圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記ナイロンヤーンは、少なくとも約17%の破断伸びを有し、かつ前記ポリエステルヤーンの破断伸びより約4%から6%伸びが高い破断伸びを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記2つの編組層の間に、摩擦層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホースと、少なくとも1つの接続具、連結具、ブラケット、ホースクランプ、又は他のホースを備えることを特徴とするホース組立品。
- a)内側チューブを形成する工程と、
b)平衡状態とされた複数のナイロンヤーンのみからなる第1の編組層及び複数のポリエステルヤーンのみからなる第2の編組層を前記チューブに取り付ける工程と、
c)前記第1及び前記第2の編組層の間に摩擦ゴム層を取り付ける工程と、
d)所定の破裂圧力評価及び容積拡張の拡張ホースを形成し、これにより、液圧システムにおいて圧力パルスを平滑にできるように、ゴム及び/又は繊維の被覆層を取り付ける工程と
を備えることを特徴とする拡張ホース製造方法。 - 前記ヤーンは実質的に接着処理によって含浸されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の拡張ホース製造方法。
- 前記容積拡張が、6.9MPa〜17.2MPaの範囲の圧力で、13%より大きくなり、前記ナイロンの層が前記ポリエステルの層に対して相対的に内側の層であって、かつ前記ナイロンヤーンが前記ポリエステルヤーンよりも大きい破断伸びを有することを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
