Claims (13)
- 선형 중합체 주분획 및 장쇄 분지형 중합체 분획을 가지며, RGM 관계식에서의 기울기가 중합체 주분획에 대해서는 0.5를 초과하고, 장쇄 분지형 중합체 분획에 대해서는 0.3 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 95% 초과의 고비율의 시스-1,4 단위 및 1% 미만의 저비율의 1,2-비닐 함량을 갖는 고분자량 바이모달 네오디뮴-촉매화 폴리부타디엔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분획이 비대칭 흐름장 흐름 분획법(asymmetric flow field flow fractionation) (AF4)의 사용으로 용리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부타디엔.
- 제2항에 있어서, 100 nm 초과의 회전 반경을 갖는 것의 비율이 15% 미만, 바람직하게는 10% 미만, 보다 바람직하게는 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부타디엔.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회전 반경 분포의 폭이 45 nm 미만, 바람직하게는 40 nm 미만, 보다 바람직하게는 35 nm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부타디엔.
- 1) 성분 A: 알콕시드, 포스포네이트, 포스피네이트 및/또는 포스페이트, 카르복실레이트, 희토류 금속과 디케톤의 착체 화합물 및/또는 희토류 금속의 할라이드와 산소 또는 질소 공여체 화합물의 부가 화합물, 바람직하게는 네오디뮴 베르사테이트,
성분 B: 디알킬알루미늄 히드라이드, 바람직하게는 디이소부틸알루미늄 히드라이드 (DIBAH),
성분 C: 디엔, 바람직하게는 부타디엔 또는 이소프렌, 및
성분 D: 적어도 하나의 유기금속 할라이드, 바람직하게는 에틸알루미늄 세스퀴클로라이드 (EASC)
로 이루어진 네오디뮴 기재 촉매계를 사용한 예비형성으로 개질된 촉매를 제조하는 단계이며, 여기서 먼저, 제1 단계에서, 성분 A, B 및 C를 -20℃ 내지 80℃, 바람직하게는 0℃ 내지 40℃의 온도에서, 5분 내지 10시간, 바람직하게는 10분 내지 2시간 동안 혼합한 다음, 혼합물을 -10℃ 미만, 바람직하게는 -30℃ 미만으로 냉각시킨 후 성분 D를 첨가하는 단계;
2) 임의로는 개질된 촉매계를 -30℃ 내지 80℃, 바람직하게는 5℃ 내지 50℃의 온도에서, 10분 내지 250시간, 바람직하게는 20분 내지 100시간 동안 예비형성하는 단계;
3) 단량체를 -20 내지 100℃의 온도에서 중합시키는 단계; 및
4) 후속적으로, 말기에, 즉 부타디엔의 85 중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 90 중량% 이상, 보다 바람직하게는 95 중량% 이상이 전환된 시점에, 중합 용액을 100℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 100℃ 내지 140℃, 보다 바람직하게는 100℃ 내지 125℃의 온도에서, 10 내지 120분, 바람직하게는 15 내지 60분 동안 유지시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이모달 네오디뮴-촉매화 폴리부타디엔의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 촉매계의 제조를 임의로는 알루미늄 트리알킬, 바람직하게는 트리부틸알루미늄을 사용하여 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 중합 말기에 지연 시간의 온도를 90℃ 내지 110℃의 범위, 바람직하게는 95℃ 내지 100℃의 범위에서 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 따른 폴리부타디엔을 함유하는 고무 혼합물.
- 임의의 종류의 성형품의 제조에서의 제8항에 따른 고무 혼합물의 용도.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성형품이 구조적 타이어 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 혼합물의 용도.
- 열가소성 물질의 충격 개질을 위한 제8항에 따른 고무 혼합물의 용도.
- 폴리스티렌 및 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 위한 제8항에 따른 고무 혼합물의 용도.
- 골프 공을 위한 제8항에 따른 고무 혼합물의 용도.
