도 4는 Ca6.916(SiO4)2(PO4)2:Eu0.084 녹색 형광체를 365 nm의 자외선 조사하였을 때의 발광 스펙트럼이다.
도 5는 Ca6.916(SiO4)2(PO4)2:Eu0.084 녹색 형광체의 25℃ 내지 200℃ 온도범위 내에서 온도 변화에 따른 발광강도 변화 스펙트럼이다.

- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 실리코포스페이트계 녹색 발광 형광체 :

Ca7-x(SiO4)2(PO4)2:xEu
상기 화학식 1에서 0 < x ≤ 0.35이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 여기파장이 250 ? 450 nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
- 칼슘 전구체, 규소 전구체, 인 전구체 및 유로퓸 전구체를 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 함량 범위로 칭량하여 전구체 혼합물을 제조하는 1단계 ;
상기 전구체 혼합물을 100 ? 150℃ 온도에서 건조시키는 2단계 ; 및
상기 건조된 혼합물을 1100 ? 1200℃ 온도 및 수소 환원 분위기 하에서 환원 열처리하는 3단계 ;
를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 실리코포스페이트계 형광체의 제조방법 :

상기 화학식 1에서 0 < x ≤ 0.35이다.
- 청구항 1 내지 2 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 칼슘 실리코포스페이트계 녹색 발광 형광체를 소재로 사용하여 제조된 발광소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자는 UV LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
