Abstract
제2 형태의 페라이트계 스테인리스 강은, 제1, 제3 형태와는 별개의 합금 조성을 만족하고, 또한 수학식A인 Cr + 3Mo + 6Ni ≥ 23 및 수학식B인 Al/Nb ≥ 10을 만족하고, 잔량부 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진다.
제3 형태의 페라이트계 스테인리스 강은, 제1, 제2 형태와는 별개의 합금 조성을 만족하고, 또한 Sn, Sb의 1종 또는 2종을 Sn : 0.005 내지 2 %, Sb : 0.005 내지 1 %의 범위에서 포함하고, 잔량부 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진다.

Claims (5)
- 질량 %로, C : 0.001 내지 0.02 %, N : 0.001 내지 0.02 %, Si : 0.01 내지 0.5 %, Mn : 0.05 내지 1 %, P : 0.04 % 이하, S : 0.01 % 이하, Cr : 12 내지 25 %를 함유하고,
Ti, Nb 중 1종 또는 2종을 Ti : 0.02 내지 0.5 %, Nb : 0.02 내지 1 %의 범위에서 포함하고, 또한,
Sn, Sb 중 1종 또는 2종을 Sn : 0.005 내지 2 %, Sb : 0.005 내지 1 %의 범위에서 포함하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내간극 부식성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스 강. - 제1항에 있어서, Ni : 5 % 이하, Mo : 3 % 이하의 1종 또는 2종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내간극 부식성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Cu : 1.5 % 이하, V : 3 % 이하, W : 5 % 이하의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내간극 부식성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스 강.
- 제3항에 있어서, Al : 1 % 이하, Ca : 0.002 % 이하, Mg : 0.002 % 이하, B : 0.005 % 이하의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내간극 부식성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Al : 1 % 이하, Ca : 0.002 % 이하, Mg : 0.002 % 이하, B : 0.005 % 이하의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내간극 부식성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스 강.
