Claims (4)
- 특히 프리-히팅 페이즈(pre-heating phase) 내에서 미리 결정된 동작 온도까지, 연소 엔진(combustion engine) 내에서 주어진 배열 내의 주어진 예열 플러그 타입의 하나의 예열 플러그를 히팅-업하기 위한 방법으로서, 여기서 상기 미리 결정된 동작 온도까지 히팅-업하기 위하여 필요한 히팅 에너지는, 상기 주어진 배열 내에서 엔진 제어부(1) 및/또는 예열 시스템(2) 및/또는 예열 플러그(3)를 포함하는 개별적인 시스템의 파라미터들 및 그 예열 플러그의 시작 온도에 의하여 결정되고 그 히팅 에너지가 그 예열 플러그에 공급되는, 예열 플러그 히팅-업 방법.
- 특히 예열 플러그 점화 제어를 위한 청구항 1에 따라, 특히 적어도 하나의 예열 플러그 펜슬(3)을 제어하기 위한 예열 시스템(2)에 있어서, 특히 엔진 제어 장치(1)에 의해 신속하게 가열하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 엔진 제어 장치(1)는 상기 예열 플러그 펜슬(3)에 공급 전압을 클록화된 방식으로 인가할 수 있으며, 여기서 상기 예열 플러그 펜슬(3)은 적어도 하나의 특정 예열 페이즈 동안에 일정한 전기 에너지에 의하여 활성화되며, 이는 차량 히팅 부품에 대해 전형적인 예열 펜슬의 방사 온도를 생성하고, 다음의 단계들, 즉a) 상기 온-보드 전압을 측정하는 단계,b) 상기 예열 제어 장치 내에서의 전압 강하를 결정하고 보상하는 단계,c) 상기 일정한 전기 에너지로 하나의 프리-히팅 페이즈 동안에 상기 예열 펜슬을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 예열 펜슬에 인가된 전력의 제어는 상기 프리-히팅 페이즈에 이어지는 점화 페이즈 동안 일정한 값에서 클록킹함에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 예열 플러그 점화 제어 장치로서, 특히 엔진 제어 장치로 신속한 히팅을 위하여 특히 적어도 하나의 예열 플러그 펜슬(3)을 제어하기 위한 예열 시스템(2)은 적어도 하나의 엔진 제어부(1), 예열 시스템(2), 예열 플러그(3), 공급 저항 단자 30(4), 공급 저항 예열 플러그(5), 내부 저항 예열 제어부(6), 상기 엔진 제어부에서 측정된 전압 U1(7), 예열 제어 장치로 향하는 리드 상의 전압 강하 U2(8), 상기 예열 제어 장치 내의 전압 강하 U3(9), 예열 플러그로 향하는 리드에서의 전압 강하 U4(10), 상기 예열 플러그에서의 전압 U5(11)을 포함하는, 예열 플러그 점화 제어 장치.
