Claims (27)
- 폴리머 필름을, 하기 식 (1) 의 조건을 만족시키는 온도 T (단위; ℃) 에서 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.식 (1): Tc≤T<Tm0[식 중, Tc 는 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름의 결정화 온도 (단위; ℃) 를 나타내고, Tm0 은 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름의 융점 (단위; ℃) 을 나타낸다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리와 동시에 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열처리를 반송하면서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리를 반송하면서 실시하고, 또한, 이 반송 방향으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 후에 Tc 미만의 온도에서 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 열처리를 반송하면서 실시하고, 상기 열처리 후에 Tc 미만의 온도에서 상기 열처리시의 반송 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전에, 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름을 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전의 연신과 동일한 방향으로 연신하면서 상기 열처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리시에, 폴리머 필름을 5∼80% 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투 명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름이 반송되어 제작되어 있으며, 이 반송 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 상기 열처리시의 수축을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 후에 100∼1,000,000℃/분으로 필름을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리머가 셀룰로오스아실레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 셀룰로오스아실레이트가 하기 식 (3) 을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.식 (3): 2.70<SA+SB≤3.00[식 중, SA 는 셀룰로오스의 수산기로 치환되어 있는 아세틸기의 치환도를 나타내고, SB 는 셀룰로오스의 수산기로 치환되어 있는 탄소수 3 이상의 아실기의 치환도를 나타낸다.]
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 셀룰로오스아실레이트가 하기 식 (4) 를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.식 (4): 0<SB≤3.0[식 중, SB 는 셀룰로오스의 수산기로 치환되어 있는 탄소수 3 이상의 아실기의 치환도를 나타낸다.]
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름이 반송되어 제작되어 있으며, 이 반송 방향으로, 잔류 용매량이 5∼1000% 인 상태에서 0.1% 이상 15 % 미만 연신되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름이 반송되어 제작되어 있으며, 이 반송 방향으로, 잔류 용매량이 5∼1000% 인 상태에서 15∼300% 연신되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름의 80㎛ 환산의 투습도가 100g/(㎡ㆍday) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름이, 이 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름의 Rth 를 상승시키는 첨가 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하기 식 (2) 를 만족시키는 투명 폴리머 필름을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 제조 방법.식 (2): │Rth│/Re<0.5[식 중, Re 는 면내 방향의 리타데이션값 (단위; ㎚) 을 나타내고, Rth 는 막 두께 방향의 리타데이션값 (단위; ㎚) 을 나타낸다.]
- 투명 폴리머 필름을, 하기 식 (1) 의 조건을 만족시키는 온도 T (단위; ℃) 에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리머 필름의 리타데이션의 발현성을 조정하는 방법.식 (1): Tc≤T<Tm0[식 중, Tc 는 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름의 결정화 온도 (단위; ℃) 를 나타내고, Tm0 은 열처리 전의 폴리머 필름의 융점 (단위; ℃) 을 나타낸다.]

- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 투명 폴리머 필름.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 폴리머가 셀룰로오스아실레이트인, 투명 폴리머 필름.
- 제 22 항 또는 제 23 항에 기재된 투명 폴리머 필름을 1 장 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 제 22 항 또는 제 23 항에 기재된 투명 폴리머 필름을 1 장 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 투명 폴리머 필름이 편광막과 직접 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 22 항 또는 제 23 항에 기재된 투명 폴리머 필름, 제 24 항에 기재된 위상차 필름, 또는 제 25 항 또는 제 26 항에 기재된 편광판을, 1 장 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
