- 하기 반응식 1에 표시되는 바와 같이,유기용매 하에서 화학식 2의 화합물에 무수 트리플루오로 메탄술포닐을 반응시켜 화학식 3의 트리벤조일 트리플레이트당 화합물을 제조하는 단계(단계 1);상기 단계 1에서 제조된 화학식 3의 화합물에 플루오린-18을 도입시켜 화학식 4의 화합물을 제조하는 단계(단계 2);상기 단계 2에서 제조된 화학식 4의 화합물을 유기용매 하에서 HBr 및 무수초산과 반응시켜 화학식 5의 화합물을 제조하는 단계(단계 3);상기 단계 3에서 제조된 화학식 5의 화합물을 실릴화된 티민과 반응시켜 화학식 7의 화합물을 제조하는 단계(단계 4); 및상기 단계 4에서 제조된 화학식 7의 화합물을 가수분해시켜 화학식 1의 화합 물을 제조하는 단계(단계 5)를 포함하는 2'-데옥시-2'-[18F]플루오로-5-메틸-1-β-L-아라비노퓨라노실우라실(L-18FMAU) 화합물의 제조방법:[반응식 1]
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 유기용매로는 건조 피리딘, 무수 트리플루오로 메탄술포닐 또는 메틸렌클로라이드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2'-데옥시-2'-[18F]플루오로-5-메틸-1-β-L-아라비노퓨라노실우라실(L-18FMAU) 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 화학식 2의 화합물과 무수 트리플루오로 메탄술포닐의 혼합비율은 1:1~1.5 mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 2'-데옥시-2'-[18F]플루오로-5-메틸-1-β-L-아라비노퓨라노실우라실(L-18FMAU) 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 플루오린-18의 도입은 TBAHCO3를 넣은 용액을 사용하여 F-18 플루오라이드를 QMA 카트리지에 전개시킨 후, 전개된 용매를 아세토니트릴을 사용하여 완전히 제거하고, 반응기에 상기 플루오린-18이 함유된 아세토니트릴과 단계 1에서 제조된 트리플레이트 전구체를 반응시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2'-데옥시-2'-[18F]플루오로-5-메틸-1-β-L-아라비노퓨라노실우라실(L-18FMAU) 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 4의 화학식 5의 화합물과 티민의 혼합비는 1:2~2.5 mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 2'-데옥시-2'-[18F]플루오로-5-메틸-1-β-L-아라비노퓨라노실우라실(L-18FMAU) 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 2'-데옥시-2'-[18F]플루오로-5-메틸-1-β-L-아라비노퓨라노실우라실 화합물을 포함하는 유전자 영상용 조영제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 HSV1-TK 유전자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조영제.
