Claims (19)
- C3 - C5 알칸으로부터 선택되는 중합 희석제의 존재 하에 하나 이상의 α-올레핀의 기상 촉매 중합으로 제조된 폴리올레핀의 마무리가공 방법으로서, 기상 반응기로부터 방출된 폴리올레핀 과립에 하기 단계가 실시되는 방법:(1) C3 - C5 알칸으로부터 선택되는 박리제 85 mol% 이상을 포함하는, 중합 시설의 단량체 회수 구역으로부터 연속으로 유도되는 기체 스트림과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 제 1 탈기 단계;(2) 폴리올레핀 1,000 kg 당 10 내지 200 kg 양의 스팀과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 제 2 탈기 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기상 중합 반응기가 유동층 반응기, 교반 기상 반응기 및 2개의 뚜렷한 상호연결 중합 구역을 갖는 기상 기구로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기체 스트림이 C3 - C5 알칸으로부터 선택된 박리제 95 mol% 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (1) 의 박리제가 기상 중합 반응기에서 중합 희석제로서 사용되는 화합물과 동일한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로판이 단계 (1) 의 중합 희석제 및 박리제로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C3 - C5 알칸 85 mol% 이상을 함유하는 상기 기체 스트림이, 1차 탈기 단계 (1) 의 상부로부터 퍼지된 기체 혼합물에 상기 단량체 회수 구역내에서 일련의 분리 단계가 실시됨으로써 수득되는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 단계가 증류, 투과성 막, 압력 변동 흡착 (PSA), 냉동에 의해 실시되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1차 탈기 단계에서 온도가 60 내지 120 ℃ 인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1차 탈기 단계에서 압력이 0.1 내지 0.4 MPa 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1차 탈기 단계에서 중합체의 잔류 시간이 10 분 내지 6 시간인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차 탈기 단계에서 온도가 80 내지 120 ℃ 인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차 탈기 단계에서 압력이 0.1 내지 0.35 MPa 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차 탈기 단계에서 잔류 시간이 10 분 내지 4 시간인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2차 탈기 용기로부터의 출구에서, 중합체 입자에 흡착되는 올리고머 및 탄화수소의 총량이 50 중량ppm 미만의 값으로 감소되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 건조 단계가 고온 질소를 이용하여 2차 탈기 단계의 하류부문에서 실시되는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 중합체 분말의 건조가 2차 탈기 용기를 저장 탱크에 연결하는 라인에서 실시되는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 60 내지 120 ℃ 범위의 온도에서의 고온 질소의 흐름이 중합체 입자를 상기 2차 탈기 용기에서 상기 저장 탱크로 이송하는데 사용되는 방 법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 중합체 분말의 건조가 고온 질소 밀폐 루프를 이용하여 상기 저장 탱크 내부에서 실시되는 방법.
- 중합 희석제로서 프로판의 존재 하에 에틸렌과 추가 1-올레핀의 기상 촉매 중합으로 제조된 폴리올레핀의 마무리가공 방법으로서, 기상 반응기로부터 방출된 폴리올레핀 과립에 하기 단계가 실시되는 방법:(1) 박리제로서 프로판 85 mol% 이상을 함유하는, 중합 시설의 단량체 회수 구역으로부터 연속으로 유도되는 기체 스트림과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 1차 탈기 단계;(2) 폴리올레핀 1,000 kg 당 10 내지 200 kg 양의 스팀과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 2차 탈기 단계.
