Claims (19)
- C3 - C5 알칸으로부터 선택되는 중합 희석제의 존재 하에 하나 이상의 α-올레핀의 기상 촉매 중합으로 제조된 폴리올레핀의 마무리가공 방법으로서, 기상 반응기로부터 방출된 폴리올레핀 과립에 하기 단계가 실시되는 방법:(1) C3 - C5 알칸으로부터 선택되는 박리제 85 mol% 이상을 포함하는, 중합 시설의 단량체 회수 구역으로부터 연속으로 유도되는 기체 스트림과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 1차 탈기 단계;(2) 폴리올레핀 1,000 kg 당 10 내지 200 kg 양의 스팀과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 2차 탈기 단계.
- 중합 희석제로서 프로판의 존재 하에 에틸렌과 추가 1-올레핀의 기상 촉매 중합으로 제조된 폴리올레핀의 마무리가공 방법으로서, 기상 반응기로부터 방출된 폴리올레핀 과립에 하기 단계가 실시되는 방법:(1) 박리제로서 프로판 85 mol% 이상을 함유하는, 중합 시설의 단량체 회수 구역으로부터 연속으로 유도되는 기체 스트림과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 1차 탈기 단계;(2) 폴리올레핀 1,000 kg 당 10 내지 200 kg 양의 스팀과 상기 폴리올레핀을 역류 접촉시키는 2차 탈기 단계.
