- 폴리올레핀 제조 방법으로서,n-올레핀 또는 n-올레핀의 혼합물을 포함하는 공급재료(feedstock)는, 고체 산성 촉매 존재시, 상기 공급재료를, a) 하나 이상의 촉매층(catalyst bed)을 포함하는 반응기(reactor)와 증류탑(distillation column)의 조합, 또는 b) 반응하지 않은 n-올레핀을 상기 증류탑의 상부, 또는 상기 증류탑과 상기 반응기의 조합의 상부에서 상기 공급재료와 결합될 측류(side stream)로 복구시키는, 하나 이상의 촉매층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 사이드 반응기(side reactor)에 연결된 증류탑 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 촉매 증류 장치로 통과시켜 이량화되고, 상기 이량화로 인한 반응 생성물은 수소화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공급재료는, C8-C30 n-올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹, 바람직하게는, 1-데센, 데센 혼합물, 1-도데센, 도데센 혼합물, 1-헥사데센, 헥사데센 혼합물, 1-옥타데센, 옥타데센 혼합물, 및 C20-C22 1-올레핀과 그 혼합물로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 n-올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 층은, 중간 다공성 표면 적(mesoporous surface area)이 100m2/g을 초과하고, 알루미늄 함량은 0.2 내지 30 중량%이며, 상기 재료의 산성 사이트(acid site)의 양은 50 내지 500μmol/g이고, 상기 재료는, 비결정질 알루미늄규산염, 제올라이트, 및 실리콘과 알루미늄을 함유하는 중간 다공성 재료로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 고체 산성 촉매 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 층은, 산성의 비결정질 알루미늄 규산염, 알루미늄 제거된 Y 제올라이트, 제올라이트로 매립된 중간 다공성 분자체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 고체의 산성 촉매 재료를 포함하고, 상기 제올라이트는 바람직하게는 ZSM-5, 베타-제올라이트 또는 MCM-22인 반면, 상기 중간 다공성 분자체는 규칙적인 분자 구조를 갖는 MCM-41인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 재료의 상기 중간 다공성 표면적은 300m2/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 재료는 300m2/g 이상의 중간 다공성 표면적을 갖는 비결정질 알루미늄 규산염인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 측류의 부분은, 상기 증류탑 또는 상기 증류탑과 상기 반응기의 조합의 상부에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 그룹으로부터 선택되는 용매 또는 용매 혼합물은 상기 공급재료에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급재료는 건조 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이량화는, 25 내지 200℃, 바람직하게는 50 내지 150℃의 온도와, 0.001mbar 내지 50bar, 바람직하게는 0.5bar 내지 30bar의 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화는, 수소화 촉매 존재시, 5bar 내지 100bar, 바람직하게는 10bar 내지 70bar의 압력과, 100 내지 400℃, 바람직하게는 150 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레 핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급재료는 1-데센을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급재료는 1-헥사데센을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급재료는 생물학적 출발 재료로부터 만들어진 천연의 올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류는, 이량화 또는 수소화 후, 또는 이량화와 수소화 후 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기유 또는 기유 성분은 상기 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리올레핀 제조 방법.
- 1) 공급재료를 위한 선택적인 건조 수단과,2) a) 고체 산성 촉매의 하나 이상의 촉매층(catalyst bed)을 포함하는 반응기와 증류탑의 조합, 또는b) 고체 산성 촉매의 하나 이상의 촉매층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 사이드 반응기(side reactor)에 연결된 증류탑 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 촉매 증류 장치와,3) 촉매 증류 장치 및/또는 수소화 반응기 하류의 수소화 반응기와 선택적으로 증류탑을포함하는 장치를, 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법으로 사용하는 방법.
