Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 애노드; 캐소드; 상기 애노드 및 상기 캐소드 사이에 배치된 발광층; 상기 애노드 및 상기 발광층 사이에 배치된, 전도성 중합체 및 고분자 산을 포함하는 완충층을 포함하고, 상기 고분자 산의 산성기가 상기 완충층의 적어도 일부에서 비산성기로 전환된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층을 바라보는 상기 완충층 부분에 상기 비산성기가 배치되는 발광소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비산성기가 에스테르화제로 에스테르화하여 산성기로부터 전환된 발광소자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화제가 하기 화학식 I을 가지는 오르소포르메이트인 발광소자.<화학식 I>(식 중에서 R1, R2, 및 R3는 동일하거나 상이한데, 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 직선형, 분지형 또는 환형 알킬기로부터 선택되고, 여기서, 상기 알킬기 중에, 하나 이상의 이웃이 아닌 CH2기는 -O-, -S-, -P-, -Si-, -CO-, -COO-, -O-CO-, -N-알킬-, -N-아릴- 또는 -CON-알킬-에 의해 임의로 치환되고, 하나 이상의 H-원자가 CN, Cl, F 또는 아릴기에 의해 임의로 치환된다.)
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화제가 트리에틸오르소포르메이트인 발광소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비산성기가 에스테르화된 술폰산기이고, 상기 산성기가 술폰산기인 발광소자.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 완충층이 PEDOT:PSSA를 포함하는 발광소자.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 발광 중합체를 포함하는 발광소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 발광 다이오드 (PLED)인 발광소자.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 발광 소형 유기분자를 포함하는 발광소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유기 발광 다이오드 (OLED)인 발광소자.
- - 애노드를 제공하는 단계;- 캐소드를 제공하는 단계;- 발광층을 상기 애노드 및 상기 캐소드 사이에 배치하는 단계;- 전도성 중합체 및 고분자 산을 포함하는 완충층을, 상기 애노드 및 상기 발광층 사이에 배치하는 단계; 및- 상기 완충층의 적어도 일부에서 상기 고분자 산의 산성기의 비산성기로의 전환을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 산의 산성기의 비산성기로의 상기 전환을 상기 발광층을 바라보는 상기 완충층 부분에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 완충층의 표면상에 상기 발광층을 배치하기 전에 상기 고분자 산의 산성기의 비산성기로의 상기 전환을 상기 완충층의 표면상에서 수 행하는 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전환을 에스테르화제로 에스테르화하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화가 상기 에스테르화제를 상기 완충층상으로 스핀 코팅 또는 잉크젯 인쇄한 다음 상기 산성기를 에스테르화하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화제가 하기 화학식 I을 가지는 오르소포르메이트인 방법.<화학식 I>(식 중에서 R1, R2, 및 R3는 동일하거나 상이한데, 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 직선형, 분지형 또는 환형 알킬기로부터 선택되고, 여기서, 상기 알킬기 중에, 하나 이상의 이웃이 아닌 CH2기는 임의로 -O-, -S-, -P-, -Si-, -CO-, -COO-, -O-CO-, -N-알킬-, -N-아릴- 또는 -CON-알킬-에 의해 치환되고, 하나 이상의 H-원 자가 임의로 CN, Cl, F 또는 아릴기에 의해 치환된다.)
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화제가 트리에틸오르소포르메이트인 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비산성기가 에스테르화된 술폰산기이고, 상기 산성기가 술폰산기인 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 완충층이 PEDOT:PSSA를 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 발광 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자가 중합체 발광다이오드 (PLED)인 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 발광 소형 유기분자를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 유기 발광다이오드인 (OLED) 발광소자.
