Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법에 있어서, 상기 고형 약제학적 투여 형태가 패키징 내에, 적어도 일부 영역에 하나 이상의 흡수제와 함께 하나 이상의 채널 형성물이 끼워 넣어지는 내벽(들)에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고형 약제학적 투여 형태가 정제, 당의정, 캅셀, 과립 제품, 좌제, 펠렛 또는 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법.
- 제 1 항 및/또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 존재하는 미생물 배양물이 프로바이오틱 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 프로바이오틱 미생물이 락토바실러스(lactobacilli), 비피도박테리아(bifidobacteria) 또는 스트렙토코커스(streptococci), 바람직하게는 락토바실러 스 카제이(Lactobacillus casei), 락토바실러스 애시도필러스(Lactobacillus acidophilus), 락토바실러스 루테리(Lactobacillus reuteri), 락토바실러스 비피덤(lactobacillus bifidum), 락토바실러스 가제리(Lactobacillus gasseri), 락토바실러스 플란타럼(lactobacillus plantarum), 락토바실러스 존소니(Lactobacillus johnsonii), 락토바실러스 람노서스(Lactobacillus rhamnosus), 락토바실러스 퍼멘텀(Lactobacillus fermentum), 락토바실러스 파라카제이(Lactobacillus paracasei), 락토바실러스 크리스파터스(Lactobacillus crispatus), 비피도박테리움 론검(Bifidobakterium longum), 비피도박테리움 비피덤(Bifidobakterium bifidum), 비피도박테리움 론검(Bifidobakterium longum), 비피도박테리움 락티스(Bifidobacterium lactis), 비피도박테리움 브레비스(Bifidobacterium brevis), 비피도박테리움 아니말리스(Bifidobacterium animalis), 비피도박테리움 애돌레센티스(Bifidobacterium adolescentis), 비피도박테리움 인펀티스(Bifidobacterium infantis), 스트렙토코커스 써모필러스(Streptococcus thermophilus) 및/또는 락토코커스 락티스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패키징은 흡수제로서 물리적 흡착에 의해 수분과 결합하는 건조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 건조제는 분자체 또는 실리카겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태의 안정화 방법.
- 하나 이상의 미생물 배양물을 포함하는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고형 약제학적 투여 형태, 및 제 1 항, 제 5 항 및 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 패키징을 포함하는 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 패키징 내에 존재하는 상기 고형 약제학적 투여 형태는 경구 투여를 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 팩.
- 패키징 내에 존재하는 고형 약제학적 투여 형태는 103 내지 1012, 바람직하게는 105 내지 1011, 및 특히 바람직하게는 107 내지 1010 미생물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 7 항 및/또는 제 8 항에 따른 팩.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 패키징 내에 존재하는 상기 약제학적 투여 형태는 영양-관련 첨가제, 바람직하게는 비타민, 미네랄 물질, 미량 원소, 식이 섬유, 효소, 식물 추출물, 단백질, 탄수화물 및/또는 지방을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 7 항 내지 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 팩.
