Claims (6)
- 소수의 테이퍼형 부분 (1,2,3) 에 의해 형성되며, 이 각 부분 (1,2,3) 은 강화 콘크리트로 바람직하게 제조된 소수의 동일한 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 의 측면 결합에 의해 형성되며, 이 모듈형 요소들은 근접하게 위치되어 타워의 테이퍼형 부분을 형성하도록 적절한 형태를 가지며, 매끄러운 외부벽 (9) 을 가지며, 내벽 (10) 은 상기 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 의 감소된 두께의 주 벽 (13) 을 강화시키는 다수의 돌출된 수평 보강부 (11) 및 수직 보강부 (12) 를 가지며, 상기 수직 측벽 (14) 은 시멘트 결합조인트 (15) 를 위해 바람직하게 사다리꼴의 형태를 가지는 홈을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전기와 그 외 적용을 위한 지지대로 사용되는 선행제작 모듈형 타워.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 각각의 수평방향으로 배열된 보강부 (11) 는 이를 따라 형성된 중앙 세로관 (16) 을 가지며, 이 중앙 세로관에는 바람직하게 가요성 강재 인장 케이블이 통과하며, 이 인장케이블은 타워 (4) 의 각 부분을 구성하는 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 사이에서 수평 결속력을 제공하고 선행 제작 모듈은 수평 중앙관 (16) 으로의 적절한 접근 개구 (18) 를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전기와 그 외 적용을 위한 지지대로 사용되는 선행제작 모듈형 타워.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 타워 (4) 의 각 부분을 구성하는 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 가 서로 나란히 위치되고, 수평방향으로 배열된 인장 케이블 (17) 이 인장 될 때, 상기 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 의 각 쌍 사이의 수직 결합 조인트는 폐쇄되며, 우선 폐쇄 조인트 (19) 에 의해 외부 및 내부로부터 결합부를 밀봉하고 이어서 인접 모듈형 요소의 측면 홈으로 형성된 틈새 안에 바람직하게는 액체 시멘트의 밀봉제를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전기와 그 외 적용을 위한 지지대로 사용되는 선행제작 모듈형 타워.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6,7,8) 는 벽 (13) 내에서 그 벽을 따라 수직방향으로 배열된 완전히 통합된 다수의 관통관 (20) 을 가지고, 상기 타워를 구성하는 각 부분 (1,2,3) 의 수직 결속을 함께 제공하는 인장 케이블 (21) 이 상기 관통관을 지나가고, 상기 수직 인장 케이블 (21) 은 상기 타워의 하측 부분 (1) 을 구성하는 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6) 의 하부 보강부에서부터 설치되어 관통관 (20) 을 통과하며 이 관통관은 이후 회반죽으로 채워지며 이 회반죽은 관통관 (20) 과 벽 (13) 안에 케이블을 결속 및 결합시키고 상기 케이블은 외부 및 내부에서 보이지 않고, 각 타워부 (4) 당 하나의 케이블 그룹으로 바람직하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전기와 그 외 적용을 위한 지지대로 사용되는 선행제작 모듈형 타워.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타워의 수직 요소 (1,2,3) 는 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 사이의 각 부분에 있는 수직 결함 홈 (15) 이 수직으로 겹치지 않도록 두 수직 강성 보강부 (12) 를 분할하는 각 거리에 상응하는 수평 회전에 의해서 상하방향으로 서로 적층 되어 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전기와 그 외 적용을 위한 지지대로 사용되는 선행제작 모듈형 타워.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타워 (4) 는 각기 대략 30 ~ 35m 의 높이를 갖는 세 테이퍼형 부분 (1,2,3) 으로 분할되며, 전체 타워 높이는 대략 100m 이고, 하측부분 (1) 은 나란히 배열된 5개의 동일한 선행 제작 모듈형 요소 (6) 를 포함하고, 중간부분 (2) 은 하측 부분의 것보다는 작은 직경의 나란히 배열된 5개의 동일 선행 모듈형 요소 (7) 를 포함하고, 상측 부분 (3) 은 중간부분의 것과는 다르지만 서로 동일한 오직 3개의 선행 모듈형 요소 (8) 에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전기와 그 외 적용을 위한 지지대로 사용되는 선행제작 모듈형 타워.
