Claims (9)
- 진공펌프가 내장된 본체와;상기 본체의 상면에 적층되어 상기 진공펌프와 연통되는 진공보관함으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체의 상부에는 중공의 연결돌기가 돌출 형성되어 있고,상기 진공보관함은,일측이 개방된 수납부와;상기 수납부의 개방구를 덮는 수납부커버와;상기 수납부와 연통되는 진공개폐밸브를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 진공개폐밸브는,하부에 배출구 형성된 하우징과;상기 하우징 내부에 수용되어 상기 배출구를 개폐하는 개폐부와;상기 하우징 내부에 장착되어 상기 개폐부에 탄성력을 부가하는 스프링과;상기 하우징의 상부에 돌출 형성된 중공의 연결돌기로 이루어지며,하부에 배치된 연결돌기는 상부에 배치된 배출구에 삽입되어 상기 개폐부를 밀어 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수납부와 진공개폐밸브는 흡입구를 통해 연통되고,상기 흡입구에는 상기 수납부 내부의 공기가 상기 하우징 내부로 배출될 경우 개방되는 제2진공체크밸브가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 내부에는 상기 스프링을 지지하는 중간지지부가 형성되고,상기 중간지지부에는 제2관통공이 형성되어 있으며,상기 제2관통공에는 상기 하우징 내부의 공기가 상기 배출구를 통해 배출되는 경우에 개방되는 제3진공체크밸브가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수납부커버에는 제1관통공이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제1관통공에는 상기 수납부 내부의 공기가 제1관통공을 통하여 외부로 배출되는 경우에 개방되는 제1진공체크밸브가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수납부커버의 저면에는 지지돌기가 돌출형성되어 상기 수납부커버와 상기 수납부의 바닥면을 상호 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,적층되는 진공보관함 중 가장 상부에 있는 진공보관함의 연결돌기를 덮는 배출공커버를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 진공펌프와 진공보관함 사이에는 압력센서가 장착되고,상기 압력센서와 상기 진공펌프 사이에는 솔레노이드밸브가 장착되되,상기 솔레노이드밸브는 상기 진공펌프가 작동하면 개방되고, 상기 진공펌프가 정지하면 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 진공펌프와 진공보관함 사이에 장착된 압력센서와;상기 압력센서에 의해 측정된 데이터에 따라 상기 진공보관함 내부가 진공상태를 유지하도록 상기 진공펌프를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층식 진공보관장치.
