Claims (13)
- 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법으로서, 상기 다공성 층은 디프-드로잉할 때 용기에 라벨링 하기 위한, 프로필렌 중합체와 적어도 하나의 베타-핵제를 포함하고, 상기 다공성 층의 미세다공성은 필름이 연신되는 동안 베타-결정 폴리프로필렌의 변환에 의해 발생되는, 디프-드로잉할 때 용기에 라벨링 하기 위한 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 층의 다공성이 50 내지 5000 걸리(Gurley) 값의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 층의 다공성이 5000 내지 300,000, 바람직하게는 8000 내지 250,000 걸리(Gurley) 값의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 밀도가 0.2 내지 0.80 g/㎤ 의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 층이 프로필렌 단 중합체 및 /또는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 층이 프로필렌 단 중합체와 프로필렌 블록 공중합체의 혼합물을 포함하고 그 비율이 90:10 내지 10:90의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 층이 베타-핵층의 중량과 관련하여, 0.001 중량비 내지 5 중량비 베타-핵제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 한 항에 있어서, 핵제가 피멜릭 산 또는 슈베릭 산 또는 카르복시아마이드의 칼슘 염인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 층이 한 면위의 커버층을 수반하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 한 항에 있어서, 필름이 텐터링(tentering) 방법에 따라 생산되고, 드로잉-오프 롤 온도가 60 내지 130℃ 의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징 으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 한 항에 있어서, 적용된 라벨이 오렌지 필 효과를 가지고 있진 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름의 사용 방법.
- 디프-드로잉을 사용하는 라벨링된 용기를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서, 사이즈에 맞춰 잘린 라벨이 주형 내에 놓여지고, 디프-드로잉할 수 있는 두꺼운 필름이 가열 요소를 사용하여, 중합체가 열가소성적으로 변형될 수 있고 후속적으로 필름이 주형 도구를 사용하거나 공기 압력으로 주형 내로 늘려지도록 하는 온도로 가열되어, 필름을 주형에 맞추어지고, 용기가 성형되고, 동시에 삽입된라벨이 적용되는, 디프-드로잉을 사용하는 라벨링된 용기를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서,라벨은, 기공이 열린 망과 같은 구조의, 연신되면서 베타-결정 폴리프로필렌에서 알파-결정 프로필렌으로의 변환에 의해 필름의 생산되는 동안 발생되는 미세다공성 층을 가지는 이축배향된 필름을 포함하고, 다공성 층이 용기로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디프-드로잉을 사용하여 라벨링된 용기를 생산하기 위한 방법.
- 프로필렌 중합체와 적어도 하나의 베타-핵제를 포함하고, 그리고 다공성이 필름이 연신되는 동안 베타-결정 폴리프로필렌의 변환에 의해 발생되는, 미세다공성 층을 갖는, 이축 배향된 필름으로서,다공성 층의 걸리 값이 100,000 내지 500,000 초의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이축배향된 필름.
