Claims (7)
- 제 1의 복합 산화물 및 제 2의 복삽 산화물이 혼합된 정극 활물질에 있어서,상기 제 1의 복합 산화물은 화학식1로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물에 부성분 원소로서 지르코늄(Zr)을 함유하는 지르코늄 함유 리튬 코발트 복합산화물이고,상기 제 2의 복합 산화물은 화학식2로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물이며,상기 지르코늄(Zr)의 함유량은, 화학식1로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물에서 코발트(Co)에 대한 몰비(Zr/Co)로서 0.0005 이상 0.01 이하의 범위 내이고,화학식2로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물의 함유량은, 10wt% 이상 40wt% 이하의 범위이며,(화학식1)LitCoMsO2M은, 철(Fe), 바나듐(V), 크롬(Cr), 티탄(Ti), 마그네슘(Mg), 알루미늄(Al), 붕소(B), 칼슘(Ca)으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고; s는 0≤s≤0.03의 범위 내의 값으로 설정되고, t는 0.05≤t≤1.15의 범위 내의 값으로 설정되고,(화학식2)LixCo1 - yAyO2A는 마그네슘(Mg), 알루미늄(Al)으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고; x는 0.05≤x≤1.15의 범위 내의 값으로 설정되고, y는 0≤y≤0.03의 범위 내의 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지르코늄 함유 리튬 코발트 복합산화물의 50% 산술 평균 입경은, 10㎛ 내지 30㎛의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화학식2로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물의 50% 산술 평균 입경은, 2㎛ 내지 10㎛의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활물질.
- 정극과, 부극과, 비수 전해질 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 정극은 정극 활물질을 가지며,상기 정극 활물질에서, 제 1의 복합 산화물과 제 2의 복합 산화물이 혼합되며,상기 제 1의 복합 산화물은 화학식1로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물에 부성분 원소로서 지르코늄(Zr)을 함유하는 지르코늄 함유 리튬 코발트 복합산화물이고,상기 제 2의 복합 산화물은 화학식2로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물이며,상기 지르코늄(Zr)의 함유량은, 화학식1로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물의 코발트(Co)에 대한 몰비(Zr/Co)로 0.0005 이상 0.01 이하의 범위 내이고,화학식2로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물의 함유량은, 10wt% 이상 40wt% 이하의 범위 내이며,(화학식1)LitCoMsO2M은, 철(Fe), 바나듐(V), 크롬(Cr), 티탄(Ti), 마그네슘(Mg), 알루미늄(Al), 붕소(B), 칼슘(Ca)으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고; s는 0≤s≤0.03 범위 내의 값으로 설정되고, t는 0.05≤t≤1.15의 범위 내의 값으로 설정되고,(화학식2)LixCo1 - yAyO2A는, 마그네슘(Mg), 알루미늄(Al)으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고; x는 0.05≤x≤1.15 범위 내의 값으로 설정되고, y는 0≤y≤0.03의 범위 내의 값으로 설정된는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지.

- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 화학식2로 표시되는 리튬 코발트 복합산화물의 50% 산술 평균 입경은, 2㎛ 내지 10㎛의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 정극의 전극 체적밀도는, 3.45g/㎤ 내지 3.70g/㎤의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지.
