Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 반응기 내에 1종 이상의 기체 상태의 반응물의 기류를 통과시키는 단계;상기 반응기의 반응영역 내에서 상기 1종 이상의 기체 상태의 반응물을 반응시켜 생성물 입자를 형성하는 단계;상기 생성물 입자를 응집체로 응집시키는 단계; 및상기 응집체에 힘을 가하여 상기 반응영역으로부터 연속적으로 빼내는 단계를 포함하는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자에 가하는 힘은 기계력인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 응집체는 섬유이고, 상기 생성물 입자에 가하는 기계력은 상기 섬유가 감기는 회전 스핀들에 의해 가해지는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자에 가해지는 기계력은 가속기류에 의해 가해지는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자에 가해지는 힘은 정전기력인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자에 가해지는 힘은 자력인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자는 미세섬유인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 미세 섬유 생성물 입자는 나노치수인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 기체 상태의 반응물은 500 내지 1600℃의 온도에서 반응되는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 기체 상태의 반응물은 희석 기체와 혼합되는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 응집체를 처리 유체와 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 응집체를 1종 이상의 섬유와 함께 가열에 의해 어닐링하는 단계를 더 포함하는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 응집체는 섬유이고, 상기 섬유를 1종 이상의 다른 섬유와 함께 방사하는 단계를 더 포함하는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 응집체는 섬유이고, 상 기 응집체로부터 섬유를 재방사하거나 연신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자는 탄소 질화물 또는 붕소 질화물인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 생성물 입자는 탄소 나노튜브 또는 탄소 나노섬유인 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 기체상태의 반응물은 탄소원이고, 상기 탄소원은 촉매의 존재하에 반응되는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 탄소원은 촉진제의 존재하에 반응되는 응집체의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 탄소섬유.
- 길이가 적어도 50㎝인 탄소 나노튜브 섬유.
- 제 19항 또는 제 20항의 탄소섬유를 포함하는 직물 재료.
- 정렬된 탄소 나노튜브로 피복된 물체.
- 반응기의 반응 영역 내에서 탄소원을 반응시켜 탄소 나노튜브를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 탄소 나노튜브에 힘을 가해서 해당 탄소 나노튜브를 응집체로 응집시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄소 나노튜브 응집체의 제조방법.
- 반응영역 내에서 전구체 물질의 반응에 의해 기체에 떠있는 미세 섬유를 생성시키는 단계; 상기 미세 섬유를 함께 응집시켜 섬유 응집체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 반응영역의 근방으로부터 상기 응집체를 연속적으로 빼내는 단계를 포함하는 섬유 응집체의 제조방법.
- 반응영역 내에서 나노튜브를 생성시키는 단계; 상기 나노튜브를 함께 응집시켜 상기 나노튜브의 응집체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 반응영역의 근방으로부터 상기 응집체를 연속적으로 빼내는 단계를 포함하는 나노튜브 응집체의 제조방법.
- 반응영역 내에서 나노튜브를 생성시키는 단계; 상기 나노튜브를 상기 반응영역으로부터 연속적으로 정전기적으로 끌어당기는 단계; 및 상기 나노튜브를 해당 나노튜브의 응집체로서 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 나노튜브 응집체의 제조방법.
- 반응영역 내에서 전구체 물질의 반응에 의해 기체에 떠있는 미세 섬유의 무리를 생성시키는 단계; 상기 무리에 신장력을 가해서 해당 무리를 신장시켜 상기 미세 섬유를 응집시켜 섬유 응집체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 섬유 응집체의 제조방법.
