Description
Claims (16)
- 서로 동심원적으로 배치되어 있는 외부 파이프, 중간 파이프 그리고 내부 파이프를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 외부 파이프와 중간 파이프가 제1 챔버를 형성하고, 상기 외부 파이프가 버너의 냉각을 위해 상기 제1 챔버에 냉각 유체를 도입하고 순환시키기 위한 인입 파이프와 배출 파이프를 포함하며, 상기 중간 파이프가 제2 챔버에 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름을 도입하기 위한 제1 인입구를 포함하고, 상기 제2챔버는 상기 내부 파이프와 중간 파이프 사이에 구획되며, 상기 내부 파이프는 그것을 통해 분상 연료-공기 혼합물의 흐름의 도입을 위한 제2 인입구를 포함하도록 구성된 본체와;상기 본체의 하단부와 일렬로 정렬된 입구 단부를 가지고, 상기 분상 연료-공기 혼합물과 상기 공기나 가스의 흐름에 대한 흐름 궤적을 균일하게 변화시키기 위한 곡률을 가지며, 외부 원통 형체, 중간 원통 형체 및 내부 원통 형체를 포함하여 구성되고, 그 냉각을 위해 상기 외부 원통 형체와 중간 원통 형체가 상기 본체의 냉각 액체를 순환시키기 위한 제1 연결 챔버를 구획하며, 상기 내부 원통 형체와 중간 원통 형체가 상기 본체의 제2 챔버의 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름에 대한 흐름 궤적을 받아들이고 변화시키기 위한 제2 연결 챔버를 구획하고, 유리 용융로의 연소 영역내 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름과 혼합되도록 최소한 하나의 그 출구 단부 쪽으로 분상 연료-공기 혼합물을 받아들이고 운반하기 위한 메인 유체 챔버(main fluid chamber)를 포함하여 구성되는 흐름 배분 수단과; 그리고상기 흐름 배분 수단의 각 출구 단부에 연결되고, 분상 연료-공기 혼합물의 배출을 허용하기 위해 메인 유체 챔버와 일치하게 배치된 중앙 오리피스와 유리 용융로의 상기 연소 영역내에 화염을 생성하기 위한 흐름 배분 수단의 출구 단부에서 공기 또는 가스의 제1 흐름과 상기 분상 연료-공기 혼합물이 동시에 혼합되도록 하기 위해 제2 연결 챔버와 일치하게 배치된 복수의 오리피스를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 방출 노즐;을 포함하여 구성되는 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출구 통로가 제1 내부 고리부와 제2 중간 고리부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 내부 고리부와 제2 중간 고리부가 방출 노즐을 수용하기 위한 접근부를 구획하는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내부 고리부가 상기 흐름 배분 수단의 전면부 쪽으로 1차 공기나 가스의 흐름을 일탈시키기(deviate) 위한 제1 고리 홈부를 포함하는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각 액체가 물인, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방출 노즐이,헤드(head)와, 상기 헤드의 후방에 결합되고 하나의 중앙 오리피스와 주위에 형성된 적어도 하나의 오리피스를 포함하는 원통형 부재(cylindrical member)를 포함하며, 각 방출 단부에 연결되고, 상기 오리피스들이 제2 연결 챔버(connecting chamber)와 상기 중앙 오리피스 사이가 연통하도록 상기 원통형 부재의 주변에 옆으로 형성된 구조를 갖는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제5항에 있어서, 원통형 부재의 복수의 오리피스가 원통형 부재에 대해 수직형태로 형성된, 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제5항에 있어서, 원통형 부재의 복수의 오리피스가, 분상 연료-공기 혼합물 주위에 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름의 소용돌이 효과를 제공하기 위해, 0도 내지 15도의 각도로 접선으로 형성된, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흐름 배분 수단의 출구 통로가 각각의 사이에 약 10도 내지 약 20도의 각도로 분리된, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 상기 버너 몸체내에 최대 직경부에서 최소 직경부로 균일하게 감소되는 원뿔부를 포함하고, 최소 직경부가 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름과 상기 분상 연료-공기 혼합물의 속도를 증가시키기 위해 흐름 배분 수단과 연결되는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 상기 버너의 몸체내에 최대 직경부에서 최소 직경부로 균일하게 감소되는 확대된 원뿔부를 포함하고, 상기 최소 직경부가 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름 및 분상 연료-공기 혼합물의 속도를 증가시키기 위해 흐름 배분 수단과 연결되는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흐름 배분 수단이 직각( 90°)의 엘보우 형태를 가지는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흐름 배분 수단내 흐름 궤적이 수직흐름에서 길이방향 흐름으로 변화되는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 연결 챔버와 일치하여 배치된 제2 복수 오리피스가 분상 연료-공기 혼합물의 방출 흐름에 대하여 평행관계에 있는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 연결 챔버와 일치하여 배치된 제2 복수 오리피스가 공기나 가스의 제1 흐름과 상기 분상 연료-공기 혼합물에 대해 소용돌이 효과를 제공하기 위한 각도의 위치에서 형성된, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버너가 약 1대 약 3.25의 분상 연료-공기 관계 및 적어도 18m/s의 운송 공기 속도에서, 약 400~1300 kg/hr 의 작동 범위를 가지는, 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분상 연료내 화염이 약 1900℃~ 약 2000℃사이에서 생성되어 적은 함유량의 NOX를 생성하는, 포함하는 유리 용융로내의 분상 연료 연소를 위한 버너.
