Claims (20)
- 제1 외부 겹과 제2 외부 겹의 사이에 하나 이상의 내부 겹을 위치시키고, 내부 겹, 제1 외부 겹 및 제2 외부 겹을 함께 초음파 적층함을 포함하고, 이때 제1 외부 겹 및 제2 외부 겹이 각각, 열가소성 섬유 및 흡수성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 부직 복합물 물질을 포함하고, 내부 겹이 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 부직층을 포함하는, 다겹 천의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹, 제2 외부 겹 또는 이들의 혼합물의 부직 복합물 물질이 약 50중량% 미만의 열가소성 섬유 및 약 50중량%보다 많은 흡수성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹, 제2 외부 겹 또는 이들의 혼합물의 부직 복합물 물질이 열가소성 섬유 약 10중량% 내지 약 40중량% 및 흡수성 스테이플 섬유 약 60중량% 내지 약 90중량%를 포함하는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직층의 열가소성 섬유가 실질적으로 연속적인 방법 또는 다겹 천.
