Claims (22)
- 제1 외부 겹과 제2 외부 겹의 사이에 하나 이상의 내부 겹을 위치시키는 단계; 및 내부 겹, 제1 외부 겹 및 제2 외부 겹을 함께 초음파 적층하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1 외부 겹 및 제2 외부 겹이 각각 열가소성 섬유와 흡수성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 부직 복합물 물질을 포함하고, 상기 흡수성 스테이플 섬유가 부직 복합물 물질의 50중량%를 초과하는 양을 구성하며, 상기 부직 복합물 물질 내의 흡수성 스테이플 섬유 및 열가소성 섬유가 수압 직조(hydraulically entangled)되고, 상기 내부 겹이 열가소성 폴리올레핀 섬유를 포함하는 부직층을 포함하고, 상기 내부 겹의 부직층이 열가소성 섬유를 90중량%를 초과하여 포함하고,상기 초음파 적층이 다겹 천의 하나 이상의 면에 접합 영역을 형성시키고, 패턴화된 표면 질감을 부여하고,상기 접합 영역에서 천의 표면에 기공이 생성되고, 천 표면에 수직한 방향에 걸쳐 공극이 생성되고, 상기 기공과 공극이 접합 영역의 표면에서 액체를 천으로 들어가게 하고, 접합 영역 사이의 천의 내부 겹으로 접합 영역을 통하여 측방향으로 이동하게 하는 다겹 천의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹, 제2 외부 겹 또는 이들의 조합의 부직 복합물 물질이 10중량% 내지 40중량%의 열가소성 섬유 및 60중량% 내지 90중량%의 흡수성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹, 제2 외부 겹 또는 이들의 조합의 흡수성 스테이플 섬유가 펄프 섬유인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹, 제2 외부 겹 또는 이들의 조합의 열가소성 섬유가 연속적인 방법.

- 제1 외부 겹과 제2 외부 겹 사이에 위치된 하나 이상의 내부 겹을 포함하고, 상기 제1 외부 겹 및 제2 외부 겹이 각각 펄프 섬유와 수압 직조된, 연속적인 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 부직 복합물 물질을 포함하고, 상기 펄프 섬유가 부직 복합물 물질의 50중량%를 초과하는 양을 구성하고, 상기 내부 겹이 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 부직층을 포함하고, 상기 내부 겹, 제1 외부 겹 및 제2 외부 겹이 접합 영역에서 함께 초음파 적층되어 다겹 천의 하나 이상의 면에 패턴화된 표면 질감이 부여되고, 상기 접합 영역에서 천 표면이 기공을 규정하고, 천 표면에 수직한 방향에 걸쳐 공극이 생성되고, 상기 기공과 공극이 접합 영역의 표면에서 액체를 천으로 들어가게 하고, 접합 영역 사이의 천의 내부 겹으로 접합 영역을 통하여 측방향으로 이동하게 하는 다겹 천.
- 제7항에 있어서, 부직 복합물 물질이 60중량% 내지 90중량%의 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹의 제1 표면 및 제2 외부 겹의 제2 표면이 다겹 천의 대향 외부 표면을 형성하는 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 다수의 연속 공극을 갖는 접합된 영역을 추가로 포함하는 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 부직 복합물 물질의 연속적인 열가소성 섬유가 폴리올레핀 섬유인 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 제1 외부 겹의 제1 표면 및 제2 외부 겹의 제2 표면이 각각 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 부직층의 열가소성 섬유가 연속적인 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 내부 겹의 부직층이 열가소성 섬유를 50중량%보다 많이 포함하는 다겹 천.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 내부 겹의 부직층이 흡수성 스테이플 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 다겹 천.
- 제15항에 있어서, 내부 겹의 부직층이 흡수성 스테이플 섬유를 50중량%보다 많이 포함하는 다겹 천.
- 제15항에 있어서, 부직층의 흡수성 스테이플 섬유가 펄프 섬유인 다겹 천.
