Claims (6)
- 섕크(14)에 조정식으로 커플링되는 절삭헤드(12)를 포함하며, 세로 회전축 A를 갖는 조정식 디버링 공구(10)이며,절삭 헤드(12)는 인서트 포켓(18), 전면(24) 및 후면(26)을 포함하고, 오목부(30)를 갖는 리지(28)가 후면(26)으로부터 돌출되며,섕크(14)는 단부 개방식이며 측부 개방식인 나사 조정 보어(36)와 연통되는 그루브(34)를 갖고, 리지(28)는, 나사 조정 보어(42) 내에 나사 결합되고 리지(28)의 오목부(30) 내에 부분적으로 위치되는 조정 스크류(38)에 의해 그루브(34) 내에 활주식으로 위치되는 조정식 디버링 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리지(28)는 더브테일(dove-tail) 형상을 가지며 그루브(34)는 상보적인 더브테일 형상을 갖는 조정식 디버링 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그루브(34) 및 나사 조정 보어(42)는 세로 회전축 A에 대해 측방향으로 연장되는 조정식 디버링 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(12)는 두 개의 축방향 연장 타원형 관통 보어(40)를 구비하며, 섕크(14)는 섕크(14)의 전면(32)에서 외부로 개방되는 두 개의 대응하는 축방향 연장 나사 고정 보어(42)를 구비하는 조정식 디버링 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(12)는, 관통 보어(40) 내에 위치되며 나사 고정 보어(42) 내에 나사결합되는 두 개의 고정 스크류(44)에 의해 섕크(14)에 고정되는 조정식 디버링 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인서트 포켓(18) 내에 보유되는 절삭 인서트(16)를 더 포함하는 조정식 디버링 공구.
