Claims (7)
- 티타늄합금으로 된 어버트먼트 스크류 베이스에 니켈과 인을 함유하는 제1금속층을 도금하는 단계와;상기 제1금속층을 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 제1금속층 위에 금을 도금하는 제2금속층 형성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트먼트 스크류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1금속층은 상기 어버트먼트 스크류 베이스에 염화니켈, 염화암모늄 및 치아인산나트륨을 합성한 제1도금액을 이용하여 무전해 도금법으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트먼트 스크류의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1금속층 형성단계 이전에 상기 어버트먼트 스크류 베이스를 불산과 질산용액에 침지시켜 표면 거칠기를 증가시키는 제1전처리 단계와;상기 제1사전처리단계 이후 염화철과 염화칼슘으로 활성화 처리하는 제2전처리단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트 먼트 스크류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1금속층 형성단계에서 상기 제1도금액의 산도는 8내지 9정도로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트 먼트 스크류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리단계는 아르곤 분위기에서 700 내지 900℃에서 10초 내지 10분간 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트 먼트 스크류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2금속층 형성단계는 전기 도금법으로 금을 도금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트 먼트 스크류의 제조방법.
- 티타늄 합금으로 형성된 어버트먼트 스크류 베이스와;상기 어버트먼트 스크류 베이스에 니켈-인 합금으로 형성된 제1금속층과;상기 제1금속층 위에 금으로 형성된 제2금속층;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어버트 먼트 스크류.
