Claims (20)
- 서로 다른 적어도 3종의 사조(yarn) (1), (2), 및 (3) 을 포함하는 직편 포백(fabric)으로서,사조 (1) 는 비교적 높은 흡수 자기 신장률과 신축성을 갖는 섬유로 이루어지고, 200% 이상의 절단 신장률을 갖는 고흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조이고,사조 (2) 는 비교적 낮은 흡수 자기 신장률을 갖고, 그러나 신축성을 실질상 나타내지 않는 섬유로 이루어진 저흡수 자기 신장성·비신축성 사조이고,사조 (3) 는 비교적 낮은 흡수 자기 신장률과, 신축성을 갖는 섬유로 이루어지고, 30% 이상의 절단 신장률을 갖는 저흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조이고,상기 사조 (1), (2) 및 (3) 의 각각을 테두리 주위: 1.125m 의 타래 테두리에, 하중 0.88mN/dtex 를 걸면서 감아, 권취수 10 의 타래를 형성하고, 이 타래실을 상기 타래 테두리에서 떼어내어, 온도 20℃, 상대습도 65% 의 공기 환경 중에 24시간 방치하여 상태 조정하고, 이 건조 타래실에 0.0088mN/dtex 의 하중을 걸어, 그 건조 실길이 (Ld, ㎜) 를 측정하고, 이 타래실을 수온 20℃ 의 수중에 5분간 침지한 후에, 수중에서 들어올려, 이 습윤 타래실에 0.0088mN/dtex 의 하중을 걸어, 그 습윤 실길이 (Lw, ㎜) 를 측정하여, 하기 식:사조의 흡수 자기 신장률 (%)=(Lw-Ld)/(Ld)×100에 의해 각 사조의 자기 신장률을 산출하는 측정에 제공하였을 때,상기 사조 (1) 는 5% 이상의 흡수 자기 신장률을 갖고, 상기 사조 (2) 및 (3) 는 5% 미만의 흡수 자기 신장률을 갖고,상기 사조 (1) 및 사조 (2) 로부터 흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 복합사 (A) 가 형성되고, 상기 사조 (3) 는 자기 신장성을 실질상 나타내지 않는 비흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조 (B) 중에 포함되고 있고,상기 직편 포백을 20℃ 의 온도 및 65% 의 상대습도를 갖는 분위기 중에서 치수 안정화시키고, 이 치수 안정화된 직편 포백으로부터, 30㎝ 의 길이를 갖는 상기 복합 사조 (A) 의 시험편을 채취하고, 이 시험편 중의 상기 사조 (1) 및 사조 (2) 의 0.0088mN/dtex 의 하중 하에 있어서의 평균길이 L1 및 L2 를 측정하였을 때, 비 L1/L2 의 값이 0.9 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신축성 복합 포백이 직물조직을 갖고, 이 직물조직내의 날실군 및/또는 씨실군에 있어서, 상기 흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조 (A) 와 상기 비흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조 (B) 가 1개 또는 복수개에 대하여 교대로 배치되어 있는 복합 포백.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복합 사조 (A) 및 상기 사조 (B) 가 상기 직물조직내의 날실군 및 씨실군 중의 일방의 사조군만을 구성하고, 타방의 사조군은 상기 복합 사조 (A) 및 상기 사조 (B) 와는 다른 1종 이상의 사조로 구성되어 있는 복합 포백.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복합 사조 (A) 및 상기 사조 (B) 와는 다른 사조가 편평한 단면 형상을 갖는 복수의 단섬유로 이루어지는 사조 및 1.5dtex 이하의 세섬도(細纖度)를 갖는 복수의 단섬유로 이루어지는 사조에서 선택되는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복합 포백이 2층 이상의 다층 조직을 갖고, 상기 다층 조직의 적어도 1층이 그 합계 질량의 20질량% 이상의 함유율로 상기 복합 사조 (A) 를 포함하며, 상기 다층 조직의 다른 적어도 1층이 그 합계 질량의 20질량% 이상의 함유율로 상기 사조 (B) 를 포함하는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 사조 (A) 에 포함되는 상기 고흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조 (1) 를 구성하는 섬유가 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 블록으로 이루어지는 하드 세그먼트와, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜 블록으로 이루어지는 소프트 세그먼트를 포함하는 폴리에테르에스테르 엘라스토머로 형성된 폴리에테르에스테르 섬유에서 선택되는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 사조 (A) 에 포함되는 저흡수 자기 신장성·비신축성 사조 (2) 를 구성하는 섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유에서 선택되는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 사조 (2) 를 구성하는 섬유의 단섬유 섬도(纖度)가 1.5dtex 이하인 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 비흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조 (B) 가 상기 저흡수 자기 신장성·신축성 사조 (3) 에 더하여, 다른 사조 (4) 를 포함하는 복합 사조이고, 상기 사조 (3) 가 200% 이상의 절단 신장률을 갖고, 상기 사조 (4) 가 실질상, 흡수 자기 신장성 및 신축성을 갖지 않는 섬유로 이루어지고, 상기 복합 사조 (A) 와 동일한 상기 측정방법에 의해 측정하였을 때, 상기 복합 사조 중의 사조 (3) 의 평균길이 L3 의, 사조 (4) 의 평균길이 L4 에 대한 비 L3/L4 가 0.9 이하인 복합 포백.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 200% 이상의 절단 신장률을 갖는 사조 (3) 를 구성하는 섬유가 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 블록으로 이루어지는 하드 세그먼트와, 폴리테트라메틸렌옥시드글리콜 블록으로 이루어지는 소프트 세그먼트를 포함하는 폴리에테르에스테르 엘라스토머로 형성된 폴리에테르에스테르 섬유에서 선택되는 복합 포백.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 사조 (4) 를 구성하는 섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유에서 선택되는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 포백으로부터 치수 5㎝×2㎝ 의 복수개의 시료를 채취하고, 이들을 온도 20℃, 상대습도 65% 의 공기 중에 24시간 방치하여, 복수개의 건조시료를 조제하고, 별도로 상기 복합 포백으로부터 치수 5㎝×2㎝ 의 복수개의 시료를 채취하고, 이들을 온도 20℃ 의 수중에 5분간 침지하여, 수중에서 들어올려, 1쌍의 여과지 사이에 끼우고, 490N/㎡ 의 압력을 1분간 가하고,시료내 섬유간에 존재하는 물을 제거하여, 복수개의 습윤시료를 조제하고, 상기 습윤시료의 평균최대두께 Dw 와 상기 건조시료의 평균최대두께 Dd 를 측정하여, 하기 식:요철 변화율 (%)=〔(Dw-Dd)/(Dd)〕×100에 의해 요철 변화율을 측정하였을 때, 상기 요철 변화율이 10% 이상인 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 포백이 직물조직을 갖고, 이 직물의 커버 팩터가 2500 이상인 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 포백의 적어도 1면에 발수 가공이 실시되어 있는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 포백이 온도 20℃, 상대습도 65% 의 공기 중에서, JIS L 1096-1998, 6.27, A법 (프라질형법) 에 의한 통기도 측정에 제공되었을 때, 50㎖/㎠·s 이하의 통기도를 나타내는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복합 포백이 온도 20℃, 상대습도 65% 의 공기 중에서, JIS L 1092-1998, 4.(1.1) (저수압의 정수압법) 에 의한 내수압 측정에 제공되었을 때, 100㎜H2O 이상의 내수압을 나타내는 복합 포백.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 신축성 복합 포백을 포함하고, 물에 의한 습윤에 의해, 그 적어도 1표면에 요철 형상이 발현하는 의류재료.
- 제 16 항에 기재된 의료재료에 의해, 의료의 겨드랑이부, 측부, 흉부, 등부 및 어깨부에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 부분이 형성되어 있는 의복.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 의복이 속옷용 의복에서 선택되는 의복.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 의복이 스포츠 의료에서 선택되는 의복.
