Description
Claims (14)
- 제 1 면과 이에 대향하는 제 2 면을 가지며, 제 2 면 상에는 표면 양각 패턴이 형성되어 있는 광 투과성 기판;표면 양각 패턴의 어떤 부분은 반사성 재료에 의하여 덮이고 표면 양각 패턴의 다른 부분은 노출되도록 광 투과성 기판의 표면 양각 패턴의 부분 상에 적용된 반사성 재료로 된 패터닝된 층; 및패터닝된 층 및 표면 양각 패턴의 노출된 부분 아래에 놓인 광학 활성화 코팅(optically active coating);을 구비하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광학 활성화 코팅은 색상변화(color shifting) 광학 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광학 활성화 코팅은 박막 광학 스택인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서,박막 광학 스택은,부분적으로 흡수성이고 부분적으로 투과성인 층;유전체층; 및반사체층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광학 활성화 코팅은 표면 양각 패턴의 노출된 부분에 소망된 광학적 효과를 부가하는 박편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 5항에 있어서,박편은,부분적으로 흡수층성이고 부분적으로 투과성인 층;유전체층; 및반사체층;을 포함하는 박막 광학 스택인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광학 활성화 코팅은 광 투과성 기판의 굴절율에 실질적으로 매칭된 굴절율을 가져, 표면 양각 패턴의 광학적 효과가 표면 양각 패턴의 노출된 부분에서는 나타나지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 5항에 있어서,광학 활성화 코팅은 광 투과성 기판의 굴절율에 실질적으로 매칭된 굴절율을 가져, 표면 양각 패턴의 광학적 효과가 표면 양각 패턴의 노출된 부분에서는 나타나지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반사성 재료로 된 패터닝된 층은 불투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반사성 재료로 된 패터닝된 층은 그림 같은 디자인을 형성하도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반사성 재료로 된 패터닝된 층은 영숫자를 형성하도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반사성 재료로 된 패터닝된 층은 그래픽 디자인을 형성하도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,표면 양각 패턴은 회절격자 패턴, 홀로그래피 이미지 패턴, 코너 큐브 (corner cube, 육면체의 모서리 형상) 반사체, 0차 회절 패턴, 모아레 패턴 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 구조.
- 제 1 면과 이에 대향하는 제 2 면을 가지며, 제 2 면 상에는 표면 양각 패턴이 형성된 광 투과성 기판;표면 양각 패턴의 어떤 부분은 반사성 재료에 의하여 덮이고 표면 양각 패턴의 다른 부분은 노출되도록 광 투과성 기판의 표면 양각 패턴의 부분 상에 적용된 반사성 재료로 된 패터닝된 층; 및패터닝된 층 및 표면 양각 패턴의 노출된 부분에 배치되며, 광 투과성 기판의 굴절율에 실질적으로 매칭된 굴절율을 가져 표면 양각 패턴의 광학적 효과가 표면 양각 패턴의 노출된 부분에서는 나타나지 않도록 하는, 광학 활성화 코팅;을 구비하는 광학 구조.
