Abstract

Claims (1)
- 디플렉터식 볼 스크류용 너트 스크류의 가공 방법에 있어서,볼들이 구름 운동할 수 있도록 그의 내주면에 형성된 나선형 홈을 갖는 상기 너트 스크류의 외주면상으로 레이저빔을 조사하여, 상기 너트 스크류의 내주면까지 관통하는 디플렉터 맞춤 구멍을 상기 너트 스크류에 형성하는 단계와;순환 통로를 한정하기 위한 디플렉터를 상기 디플렉터 맞춤 구멍에 피팅 및 고정하는 단계와,상기 나선형 홈을 절삭 가공하는 단계와;상기 절삭 가공된 나선형 홈을 열처리에 의해 표면 경화하여 상기 나선형 홈에 표면 경화층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 표면 경화층을 전해 도금법에 따라 표면 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류용 너트 스크류의 가공 방법.
