Claims (13)
- 적어도 하나의 제너레이터, 변환기 및 소노트로드를 포함하는, 특히 코드를 용접하기 위한 초음파 용접장치를 이용해서, 요구 조건을 충족시키는 용접 결합에 적합한, 시간에 의존하는 용접 파라미터의 상응하는 설정 곡선을 기초로 부품을 초음파 용접하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 설정 곡선에 상응하는 용접 지속시간은 시작점 to 와 종료점 te 사이에 연장하고, 부품의 용접 동안 시간에 의존하는 파라미터의 실제 곡선을 측정하고 to 내지 te 사이의 시간 동안 상기 실제 곡선을 설정 곡선과 비교하는, 부품의 초음파 용접 방법에 있어서,상기 실제 곡선과 상기 설정 곡선 사이의 기존 편차에 따라 상기 용접에 영향을 주는 적어도 하나의 공정 파라미터는 후속 용접 시에 상기 설정 곡선과 상기 실제 곡선의 조정이 이루어지도록 제어 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,시점 t1 (to < t1 < te) 에서 상기 실제 곡선이 상기 설정 곡선과 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실제 곡선은 동일한 출력 값에서 상기 설정 곡선과 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실제 곡선은 동일한 에너지 도입시에 용접의 시작부터 상기 설정 곡선과 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실제 곡선과 상기 설정 곡선 사이의 편차에 따라 적어도 하나의 공정 파라미터가 저장된 값 또는 함수에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 공정 파라미터가 점차 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실제 곡선을 상기 설정 곡선에 매칭하는 것은 조절 공정에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 공정 파라미터가 상이한 시점(t1, t2...tn) (n ≥2)에서 이루어지는 비교에 따라 설정값과 실제값 사이에서 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 공정 파라미터의 제어가 시점 t1, t2...tn에서 설정 곡선과 실제 곡선 사이의 주어진 편차에 따라 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,시간에 의존하는 용접 파라미터로서 상기 초음파 용접 장치의 송출된 또는 소비된 출력이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변하는 공정 파라미터로서, 상기 소노트로드의 진폭 및/또는 주파수 및/또는 용접될 부품에 작용하는 압력 또는 작용력 및/또는 용접될 부품 내로의 에너지 도입이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,하나 또는 다수의 공정 파라미터가 개별적으로 또는 함께 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용접이 그 전체 지속 시간에 걸쳐 또는 일시적으로 설정 곡선과 실제 곡선의 순시 편차에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 용접 방법.
