Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- a) 기질을 그의 외면들 중 하나 이상에 중합체 필름으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅하는 단계;b) 상기 중합체 필름을 실질적으로 산소가 없는 분위기 하에 200 ℃ 내지 2500 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 탄화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 기질(substrate)을 탄소 기재 물질(carbon-based material)로 코팅하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중합체 필름이 충전제, 기공 형성제, 금속, 증량제, 윤활제 및 안료의 그룹 중에서 선택된 첨가제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,첨가제가 규소 산화물, 알루미늄 산화물, 알루미노실리케이트, 지르코늄 산화물, 티탄 산화물, 활석, 그라파이트, 카본 블랙, 제올라이트, 점토 미네랄, 엽상규산염, 풀러렌, 촉매, 금속 및 금속 화합물 등으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중합체 필름이 지방족 또는 방향족 폴리올레핀, 예를 들어 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐, 폴리이소부텐, 폴리펜텐, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리비닐, 예를 들어 폴리비닐 클로라이드 또는 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리(메트)아크릴산, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 왁스, 파라핀 왁스, 피셔-트로취(Fischer-Tropsch) 왁스의 단독 중합체 또는 공중합체, 이들 단독 중합체 또는 공중합체의 혼합물 및 조합 중에서 선택된 필름을 포함함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중합체 필름이 래커, 적층물 및 코팅층 중에서 선택된 코팅층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,중합체 필름이 알키드 수지, 염소화된 고무, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴레이트 수지, 페놀 수지, 아민 수지, 오일 베이스, 니트로 베이스, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 타르, 타르형 물질, 타르 피치, 역청, 전분, 셀룰로즈, 셸랙, 왁스, 다시 새것으로 사용되는 원료 물질의 유기 물질 또는 이들의 조합의 결합제 베이스와 래커로부터 제조된 래커 필름임을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소 기재 물질에 탄화에 이어서 산화적 및/또는 환원적 후처리를 가하고 임의로 탄소 및/또는 세라믹의 침착을 위해 CVD 공정을 가함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기질이 금속, 합금, 세라믹, 제올라이트, 그라파이트, 유리, 돌, 모래, 탄소 섬유 복합체, 뼈 또는 뼈와 같은 물질, 뼈 대치물, 미네랄, 전구체 및 세라믹 그린웨어뿐만 아니라 이들의 조합으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기질이 의료용 이식물, 스텐트 및 촉매 지지체 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,코팅된 기질에 유효 성분 또는 미생물을 적재함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,적용된 유효 성분을 조절된 방식으로 사용 환경 내로 방출시킴을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있는 탄소 코팅된 기질.
