Claims (16)
- 실링면을 갖는 패키지의 가열-실링성 물질로 실링 접합부(19)를 제조하기 위해 상기 가열-실링성 물질과 접촉하고, 그 가열-실링성 물질을 가열하기 위하여 제공되는 로드 또는 바아 형태의 가열장치를 포함하는 실링죠에 있어서,가압부(23)는 실링면에 제공되고, 상기 실링면 위에 돌출되며, 가열장치(22)로부터 이격되어 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가압부(23)는 로드 또는 바아 형태이고, 대체로 가열장치(22)에 수평방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 가열장치(22)와 가압부(23)는 서로 적어도 0.1mm 이격되어 있으며, 바람직하게는 0.25 ~ 3mm사이에 위치하고, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.5 ~ 1.5mm 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 3중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열장치(22)는 인덕터가 제공되고, 상기 가압부(23)는 비전도 물질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 4중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압부(23)는 세라믹 물질 또는 열가소성 물질, 바람직하게는 PEEK으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 5중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압부(23)는 2 ~ 30mm, 바람직하게는 4 ~ 15mm, 더욱 바람직하게는 7 ~ 9mm 사이의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 6중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 가압부(23)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 7중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 로드 또는 바아 형태의 가열장치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,커팅장치 또는 분리장치 혹은 적어도 커팅장치 또는 분리장치용 간극은 2개의 가열장치 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 8 또는 9에 있어서, 각각의 가열장치는 적어도 한개의 가압부(23), 바람직하게는 2개의 가압부(23)에 배정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 10중, 어느 한 항에 있어서,가압부의 길이에 대한 가열장치의 길이의 비는 5 : 1 및 25 : 1이며, 더욱 바람직하게는 10 : 1 및 20 : 1, 특히 더 바람직하게는 15 : 1 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 4 내지 11중, 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가열장치는 비자석 물질(24,25)층에 의해 섹션 둘레에 있으며, 가압부(23)은 이 섹션 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 삽입부는 비전도 물질, 바람직하게는 페로트론(24,25)인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 13중, 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가압부(23)는 실링 죠의 수직 방향으로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 4 내지 14중, 어느 한 항에 있어서,가열-실링성 포장물질용 유도 실링장치는 실링 죠 및 카운터 죠 사이에서 가열-실링성 물질을 프레스하고 가열-실링성 접합부를 제조하기 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
- 청구항 1 내지 14중, 어느 한 항에 있어서,유동물질을 튜브(1) 내로 저장하는 포장장치는 접이선(12,13)을 제공하는 포장물질의 물질 웹으로부터 형성되고, 상기 튜브(1)에는 실링장치에서 직각 실링 접합부(19)가 제공되며, 상기 튜브는 직각 실링 접합부의 영역에서 분리되는 바, 상기 실링장치에는 실링 죠가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 죠.
