Claims (15)
- 지지체 및 그것에 접착하는 코팅을 포함는 질량 분석용 플레이트로서, 그 코팅이 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드를 함유하는 플레이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지체가 알루미늄 또는 스테인리스 스틸제인 플레이트.
- 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드로 지지체를 코팅하는 것을 포함하는 질량 분석용 플레이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 코팅 수단이 도포, 분무, 증착, 침지, 인쇄 또는 스퍼터링인 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 함유 용액을 지지체에 적용하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 적용 후에 용매를 제거하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 얻어지는 질량 분석용 플레이트.
- 하기의 (a)∼(d) 단계를 포함하는 분석 대상물의 동정 방법:(a) 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 질량 분석용 플레이트를 제공하는 단계,(b) 분석 대상물 함유 시료를 겔 전기 영동에 제공하는 단계,(c) 영동 후의 겔을 그 플레이트에 전사(blotting)하여 분석 대상물을 플레이트로 이동시키는 단계,(d) 상기 플레이트를 질량 분석에 제공하여 이동된 분석 대상물을 분석하는 단계.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 전사가 전기 전사인 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 질량 분석이 MALDI-MS 인 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분석 대상물 함유 시료가 여러 종류의 분석 대상물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분석 대상물을 단백질, 핵산, 올리고뉴클레오티드, 당, 올리고당, 세포막 리셉터에 대한 아고니스트 또는 안타고니스트, 독소, 바이러스 에피토프, 호르몬, 펩티드, 효소, 효소의 기질 또는 저해제, 코팩터, 약물, 렉틴 및 항체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c) 와 (d) 사이에, 이동된 분석 대상물과 친화성을 갖는 물질을 함유하는 시료를 플레이트에 접촉시키고, 플레이트 상에서 상기 분석 대상물과 상기 물질의 복합체를 형성시키는 단계 (c2) 을 추가로 포함함으로써, 단계 (d) 에 있어서 그 분석 대상물과 그 물질을 동시에 분석하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c) 또는 (c2) 와 단계 (d) 사이에, 질량 분석용 매트릭스를 플레이트에 첨가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 2,5-디히드록시벤조산인 방법.
